I wish I could give it a negative rating. The sensor only registers from about 1/2 inch to 4 inches in front of the sensor. As soon as your hands leave that tiny area the water shuts off immediately. I suppose if you can wash your hands without moving them then it would be fine, but who washes their hands that way? Its extremely annoying having the water constantly shutting off while you try to get that sweet spot again. Dont waste your money with this piece of junk.

The single hole in my sink was the same size as the nut that locks in place so couldnt secure faucet to sink and there were no washers in supplied hose connecting the faucet to the controller so leaked where hose connected to faucet. Bought a proper hose at home depot with rubber washers and a large metal washer to hold faucet in place under sink ( I modified with a dremel tool to allow passage of sensor wire) and all fine in end. Motion detection is reasonable but shuts off very quickly. I believe adjustable but didnt bother with

This solid brass touchless bathroom faucet was everything I expected it to be and more. It is made from very high quality brass and high quality plastic for the under sink control unit. It comes with everything you need including the hoses. Installation is pretty straight forward and pretty easy to do following the included instructions. It runs by batteries and works perfect. The temperature of the water is fully adjustable with the included mixing valve. Overall this is a very nice touchless faucet kit. It is high quality and looks beautiful. I highly recommend it.

It was easy to install if you have basic, homeowner plumbing skills. Works good, the sensor is easy to activate. My guests don’t have to wave their hands looking for it.

I purchased close to 40 of these faucets and we are starting to have problems with them and getting no response from the seller SML Products. That is why I am updating my feedback about the product and seller. Seller does not respond and you cant even get parts for the faucets. Dont buy from this seller or this product. The product we received were UpScalet faucets. They looked exactly like the other brand.... if you need to buy do it with caution and purchase the extra warranty.

The install on this is pretty easy. My husband always appreciates it when the product has an installation video. He says it is way easier than looking at pictures. I like that it uses batteries, so that there is no need to run any kind of electrical to it. It doesn’t come with batteries so be sure to get some. I am not sure how long they will last. The add says that it should last 2 years for family use. It looks great and is awesome if you have kids. No more telling them to turn the water off all the time. It is also nice as a water saver. Most importantly it means no more dirty knobs from little fingers trying to turn on the water to wash off all the dirty stuff they end up with on their hands.

Replaced one of our older bathroom faucets with this one. The feel of this one is great. Very nice quality. And we love that it is touchless. Install was pretty easy. The sensor works well. No complaints whatsoever.

Nice sink faucet. I got it for an upcoming project. I have not installed it yet but it arrived and looks better than I anticipated. It’s nice and not too shiny.
