This is a beautiful faucet. I had it installed when we remodeled our bath, and it looks perfect! Turns on and off easily and automatically. A great addition to any sink.

The description clearly states triple a batteries, they take double a. If they cant get that right, what makes you think they can get the product right?

To avoid kids creating a puddle around the sink everyday, we purchased this. Pros: Easy to install, good customer service, sensitive (took a little time to get used to when you are trying to wipe across the sensor), quick stopping water once your hands are away. Cons (I meant this as suggestions rather than drawbacks): Maybe make the faucet taller, such that hands have more clearance from the faucet when washing; right now to wash my hands, vertically theres like 2 inches clearance between faucet and my hands, it creates some unwanted splashes. Also, the cold water valve failed in 6 months. But customer service was quick to respond, the replacement part came within 5 days. Very impressive, and hope the replacement valve lasts longer. Overall Im happy with the product.

It was working great until the hot water valve stopped (the cold kept working). I reversed the water hose hookups to see if it was an issue with the hoses, but now we have hot water only which is OK in the winter. Well see how long the remaining half of the thermostatic valve lasts.

We bought this faucet because my daughter loves to play in water. She turns the hot water on, and eventually burn her hands, walks away and leaves the water running, and running...This faucet has eliminated that worry. It takes time to get used to using this faucet. You will not longer be able to toss anything into the sink. The sensor will activate and your stuff will get wet. I noticed only after I purchased a new sink drain fixture, that this faucet unit does not have an attachment to allow you to install the drain opener. You either have a constantly open drain hole in the bottom of your sink, or you can reach in under your sink, and manually open and close the drain plug from there. This is an attractive faucet that does exactly what it promises. It is motion activated and it does a great job of mixing the water temperature, although I still have not figured out how to actually adjust temperatures, the factory setting seems to be working, and so far it is doing exactly what I wanted it to do. It keeps my little girl from getting burnt, and prevents having a constantly running bathroom sink.

Going touchless is easy with this unit. The instructions are straight forward. The hot and cold are marked by color and all of the hoses needed are included. Just make sure you can reach the battery unit after the install so you can change the batteries.
