I purchased close to 40 of these faucets and we are starting to have problems with them and getting no response from the seller SML Products. That is why I am updating my feedback about the product and seller. Seller does not respond and you cant even get parts for the faucets. Dont buy from this seller or this product. The product we received were UpScalet faucets. They looked exactly like the other brand.... if you need to buy do it with caution and purchase the extra warranty.

This is a great vanity faucet. It includes everything you need, as well as the under sink mounted mixing solenoid valve and drain. Simply install the faucet, connect the lines to the mixing valve, connect mixing valve to your angle stops and plug it in. Hold your hand in front of the faucet and water begins to flow, change the mixing valve to your desired temp and then you wont need to set it again. Installed it in about 15 minutes (which includes removing the old faucet). Works great and nice solid fixture and finish. 5 stars
