> 24 hourI ordered one of these last year or year and half and it tri-folded plus had a firm and softer side to accommodate growth from infant to toddler. This one doesnt fold, has only one firmness option, and is much thinner than the previous one. It works ok, but Im disappointed especially because I used the order again option.

> 24 hourI usually dont take the time to write a review but three things stick out to me that you probably care about as well: 1-this is a high-quality product for the price. The bonus travel bag itself is pretty thin but should go the distance if you make some effort to take care of it. The mattress(es) and the cover are very good. I say mattress(es) because to make this thing foldable to travel with it is 3 mattress sections that zipper inside the mattress cover independently, but when unfolded come together tightly. The cover is easy to take off and put back on, we washed it before first use. 2-My kid slept through the night on it. We have one of those Graco pack and plays and the board it comes with has a very thin mattress. Around 19 months on a weekend vacation, my kid decided he had enough of it and we barely slept all weekend. This is what got me researching an additional mattress. This hiccapop mattress is all of the 1.5 inches thickness as advertised. 3-The customer service seems great. Without having any issues with the purchase I was already contacted to make sure everything was going well. Within the packaging, they make it abundantly clear they want the customer/consumer to be happy. And I like that. Make sure you check the dimensions on the sheets you have/get for this mattress. If the sheets are too tight it will cause the mattress to bunch up on the sides/middle. Check the dimensions of your pack and play so there is not a big gap around the edges. I hope this helps you not waste your money on the other junk out there that they throw the word baby in front of that falls apart in a couple months.

> 24 hourI looked around and read a bunch of different reviews and ended up purchasing this mattress. Happy with my purchase. The company has a life time guarantee. There was an issue with the cover on the mattress, I contacted them directly instead of Amazon and they mailed me a new one out right away. The mattress fit my Graco pack n play perfectly. It was our first time away from home and my son slept better than normal on it. I used the harder side and felt comfortable with my son sleeping on it. He’s a 20 lbs five month old (so big guy) and he didn’t sink in too much or anything. I would recommend to my family and friends.

> 24 hourWe bought this mattress for our 2 year old to use for an upcoming Disney trip. The thin, hard mattress that comes with the Pack n’ Play is great for newborns, but is too hard for our toddler. This mattress had great reviews and I liked the ability to fold it up for travel. It is very comfy and has dual sides for younger babies and older babies. The material is soft and breathable as well. The only downside is that it is slightly too big for our Pack n’ Play. I was under the impression all Pack n’ Plays were the same, but I may be wrong. This mattress is maybe 2 inches too long. And because of the accordion style fold (for travel confidence), this means the mattress buckles at the folds creating an uneven sleeping surface. My toddler didn’t seem to care and recently slept fine on it regardless. But it is a slight design flaw. Overall super happy with the purchase, but maybe measure your Pack n’ Play first to see if this mattress fits. Especially for those using a Pack n’ Play as the primary sleeping space.

> 24 hourIn looking at reviews, even more recent ones, it appears the mattress has changed. It no longer has a firm and soft side and the thickness is way less (1 inch compared to 2-3 inches). It seems way less supportive and more flimsy than our original one. I’m not sure we will keep as we are disappointed with the changes.

> 24 hourI dont normally review stuff. This thing is awesome though. I was worried about it fitting snuggly and it does! My son has some minor health issues and has to sleep in my room for now. My room is too small for a crib so he sleeps in a pack n play. Being a permanent sleeping area for him I felt terrible about sleeping on that hard floor of the pack n play. He woke up all the time and ended in my bed (I hate cosleeping) so at 3am one night my husband said he needs something soft for his bed. I looked, found this and ordered it. At 3am. Was delivered in the tiny little bag within two days I had it. Its crazy soft. Even the firm side is soft but firm enough. He has to sleep elevated so I put a wedge under it and its still snug. He has no gaps to get stuck into a groove or anything. Only downfall is stains dont come out easily (but it is waterproof which is great) and can travel if needed its light weight BUT it doesnt fold and my pack n play wont fold together with it in it. But that goes to show how snug it is! Lol

> 24 hourSeriously, buy this! You wont regret it! I LOVE this mattress and so does my 4 month old. We recently made the transition from her Halo Bassinest to the bassinet in her Graco Pack n Play. She didnt seem to sleep as good as I was hoping she would using just the mattress that comes with the pack n play. The folds in it make it not as supportive feeling. So after reading reviews on this Hiccapop mattress I decided to order it and try it out. I am SO happy that I did. My daughter sleeps so well on it! It has two sides, one is firmer for 0-9 months and then a softer side for 9+ months old. If you take the cover off to wash it, its easy to figure out which side it which because they are different colors. The mattress feels so nice and has that more solid support I was wanting for my daughter that the pack n play wasnt giving her. It comes vacuum sealed in a box. You just cut it open and let it sit for about an hour and then its good to go. Seriously, you wont regret buying this, just do it!

> 24 hourI have an 8 month old baby and we need to turn her pack n play into her regular bed/crib. This mattress came in a small box and was vacuum sealed and I didnt notice any chemical smells after opening. The material covering the foam pads is very soft and cozy feeling and seems to be well made. The foam took a few hours to puff up after unwrapping it from the vacuum bag, but it seemed to puff up just fine. Once the foam inflated, it fit perfectly inside our graco pack n play. I purchased a cover to add some more protection (see pics - I recommend this cover, it fit perfectly too!), not sure how waterproof the original cover actually is. It has a firmer side (still pretty soft in my opinion) and a softer side. I think the firmer side may be a little too soft for an infant and I feel a little apprehensive to use it through the night with our baby, so Ill test it during her nap time and try to update this review after she sleeps on it. The travel bag is nice too. I put measurement pictures of our pack n play in the review too. Hope this helps someone! ;)
