> 3 dayThis is the fan I use for gray noise at night. I purchased it to replace the 8yo fan that was showing signs of motor failure. To my delight the same unit was still available. Funny how that works, a great product still available nearly a decade later. This fan is a heavyweight with plenty of power. The motor and metal blades have consistent sound dB that my brain likes at night. I left the old fan on all the time, except for dusting. After replacing I disassembled the old one and found oil packed dust surrounded the motor bushings, cleaned them up and now it has been recycled to one of the kids’ room. Slightly less torque provided from the motor but still operational.

> 3 dayWell, the fan was packed very well, the base was nevertheless damaged during manufacturing or at some point before it was packaged and shipped. Not cool. Additionally, it is one of the single loudest fans I’ve ever owned. I had purchased the fan on the premise that it would be quieter then most. Additionally, the lowest speed runs much faster than most fans do at their high-speed. Think “wind tunnel”.

Greater than one weekI got the 16” pedistal fan. Disappointed because it came with scratches on the bass and it’s not a bronze color it’s more of a silver. It puts out very good air and is relatively quiet, the instructions are horrible.. I am trying to decide if I’m going to keep it or return it. I may keep it because it is attractive, it has very good airflow and it would be a hassle to box it back up. Really wish it were bronze instead of silver and they should not of sent me a fan that has scratches on it. Not impressed with this company so far.

> 3 dayGood fan but a little on the noisy side, even on low. It’s sturdy and is good at moving air. I have the same make in a desk/counter top model that I like and wanted a freestanding one, don’t know if the blade pitch is different but the freestanding is noisier. It’s not bad enough to send back.
