Received the product with the steamer not working properly. Contacted them and they quickly sent us out a replacement without having to return the other which was very convienient. Really great customer service and product works really great as well for some good deep cleaning!

With the mop head on, when I squeeze the trigger (the only way to get steam), the steam comes out on top of the microfiber pad. It does not go through the pad to the floor. Consequently, my floor is not “steam” cleaned. At most, it’s damp mopped. I would call this a failure.

Siempre he usado este tipo de equipos para desinfectar casi todo tenía uno que fue muy útil con el Vovid desinfecte casi todo lo que 8ngresaba a la casa con vapor. Esta escoba de vapor la compré para eso limpiar la casa de los pelos del perro y manter el ambiente higiénico. El problema surge cuando se deja de usar o por algún motivo deja de salir vapor se obstruye el paso del agua al productor de vapor y deja de funcionar luego inesperadamente vuelve a producir vopor, también es un poco grande y pesada no es sencillo activarla yo casi no la uso

I bought one of these the first week of March and it worked great until I moved on April 1st. It stopped working so I thought it was just from moving. Like maybe it got damaged or something. So I bought another one. That one lasted about a week before it stopped working too. I am so disappointed in this. Especially for the price. It should last a lot longer then this. Im working on getting a refund right now. I dont recommend buying this!

My dog had been sick for a few days so he did a damage to his bed and our carpet. As soon as I got his bed clean you could just tell the difference the odors and all the marks just disappeared. I have never owned a steamer in my life but I’m truly happy that I went with this one.

I had this steamer for a couple of months... but only used it twice....first time worked great. Second time it started leaking out the bottom...i could deal with this as long as it cleaned. But when i plugged it in the third time to use it ..it would not turn on.

I love it its easy to use took no time to put it together it rus very quit works great I love it so much it was a great price too

Other than being lightweight, this mop streaks my floors & the pad is always dry in its middle. Not the steam mop I thought it would be with the reviews, star ratings & Amazons Choice item. Dissappointed!

This is my first ever steam cleaner, and if it did half the job it does, I would be a happy customer. This thing is AMAZING! I forgot to take before pictures of the inside of the oven, but you can imagine how bad it was by looking at the door. I use this thing all over the house and it has removed years of nastiness that the previous homeowners apparently couldnt get up themselves (and some of our own gross stuff like the shower). It definitely takes some scrubbing along with the steam, but it WORKS! Lightweight and easy to bring up and down the stairs to anywhere you need it! Highly recommend!

Uncertain as to how it actually cleans. It steams well but you dont use any chemicals or cleaner, so I am not sure how clean my rugs really are. Guess I am old fashioned.
