> 3 dayThe internal specs seem good on paper but the build quality is not good, keyboard click feels cheap and the mouse pad is terrible, it’s off balance and does not sit steady on the table, now a days when buying a Laptop we want for the hardware be at least built to feel sturdy not like it was just for selling another computer.

Greater than one weekhas no extra unneeded bells and whistles so it was really affordable especially for the hier tier processor thats in it. i have no problems running the software i need on it. had it for a little over a year now and still using it. the battery life is abyssmal like only 4 hours long, however anytime i use it i can plug it in so that doesnt bother me per say. for the price i paid for it thats absolutely acceptable.

> 3 dayHave been a customer of HP products for over 20 years. No complaints on any HP products I have purchased from computers, printers and ink/toner. Have always had a positive experience. Cannot rate battery life as I have only used this computer while it is plugged into the outlet.. I would definitely rate this Laptop superior to the Lenovo it replaced.

> 3 dayI have spent a bit of time with this laptop and it functions well. It is quick and I have found no problems. The reason for the four star rating is that like all other computers in this price range, the hinged area is weak and will likely eventually become loose.

> 3 dayI complained from the beginning about how erratic the laptop ran. I spent over 4 hours with their technicians telling me that we are just about at a point of fixing it. After my multiple times of complaining, I said I wanted to return it to the HP representative, and he told me it was past the month, (one week) and they could not replace it or take it back. I curse the day I switched to HP. I have bought Dell for years and never had a problem. Their laptops work. Disgusted.
