> 3 dayI am in the return process currently for this product. While it is lightweight and has a nice look, there are glitches. I have also experienced the blinking screen that one review mentioned. This happens randomly and this is hard to navigate without a second monitor because the blinking prevents you from selecting icons on the desktop to navigate to where you need to go. I also experienced a few occasions where the spacebar stopped working as I was writing. Kinda need the spacebar. Also experienced audio crackling on zoom calls as well as when working and listening to music. The audio completely went out at least twice and I am still not sure why - just restarted several times and then it somehow restored itself. I did the HP diagnostics but you are never sure if that solves the issues. The biggest issue happened last week - I contacted Asurion for support to troubleshoot when at startup the screen went black. I tried everything I could as well as restarting and troubleshooting with YouTube videos. Asurion, was able to help me establish a restore point and that helped for about a week and then the screen blinking continued again, too. I contacted Asurion again only for them to offer that troubleshooting was not worth it and that I should contact Amazon for a refund since this is a brand new computer.

> 3 dayWorks great, very quick. But keyboard is unlit which is not prefered but OK. The problem is it is silver with seemingly dark silver letters that are barely readable in good lighting and almost impossible otherwise. Also the fan exhaust is at the bottom of the screen and the noise is directed right at you.

> 3 dayI LOVE THIS LAPTOP COMPUTER. I BOUGHT IT AS MY REGULAR LAPTOP WAS IN THE SHOP GETTING FIXED AND I NEED SOMETHING TO USE IN THE MEAN TIME. THIS HP LAPTOP WILL BECOME MY NORMAL LAPTOP. IT IS WAY BETTER THAT MY OTHER LAPTOP THAT I HAD DESIGNED FOR MY USE.

> 3 dayIm pretty impressed with this laptop. Its really fast, has a great battery life, and is very light. I mostly use this for school, photo editing, and to run some technical computing software. No problems so far! The fan does run but its not as loud as other machines Ive used.

Greater than one weekI was expecting this laptop to be a bit under-powered, and not quite up to the mark in video and audio. I was completely wrong: this machine blew past my expectations. For a general use laptop, used for web browsing, word processing, and similar purposes, this is more than an adequate machine, this is really very good. The performance is more than acceptable: I havent noticed anything being unusually slow or erratic, it just runs smoothly and fast. The display is 1920x1080 (so HD but not 4K), and clear and crisp for watching online video (for example). The audio too is surprisingly good: you can play music on it and enjoy the well-balanced sound, no cringing necessary.

Greater than one weekI bout this laptop in Sept in 2020 to work from home and the Intel wifi adapter failed in December 2020. Now HP is s telling me I can pay $80 bucks to get a 3 year extended warranty on both software band hardware. Why the hell would I want to invest more than the the $700 investment I already made during the pandemic. Idk what to do at this point. I cant sell it, I cant get a refund, and Im not giving these crooks another dime. Dont buy it.
