The battery would not charge from the start. Turns out the battery was no good. Horrible.

Bought this for myself and it was fine for about six months, then the fan went out. Right after buying it for myself, I bought one for my mom. Hers came straight out of the box with a fan problem and had to be returned to Amazon for a replacement. With two instances of buying this laptop, I’ve had two fan malfunctions way before I should have expected any issues. Seems to be a common problem.

I have only had this laptop for a week.

Ive only had this a couple of weeks and I already like it. The functionality of this computer is great. It sees the peripherals right away and responds very quickly. I do not use this for work but Im pretty sure its better than the one I use for work.

I have had a 17 inch HP for about a decade and was shamed into updating since it was running Windows 8. That and I had loaded it down to the point it as sloooww. Bought this newer version and very happy. Not getting laughed at which is worth the price of admission.

Ease in setting up. I love the large keys on the keyboard.

Would buy again.

There is something wrong with the way the keyboard is set up you can’t see the numbers and letters. Also from now on when I buy a computer I will have a touchscreen. The battery life is only OK.

Had problems from the very start! Pop up says this laptop has bad image on the c/drive. Not very reassuring for a brand new laptop! I think someone did a modification incorrectly! Buyer beware! Had Lenovo products previously and never had any problems!

I had my friend help me pick it out because hes good at this kind of stuff. Ive had the computer now a few weeks and Im well pleased with it. The only thing I wished is that the screen was brighter and they should make the power button stand out more than the rest of the keys. Its a little hard to find. Next time I think I would like to get one where the keys light up. But overall I think its a lot of computer for the money.
