I am very happy with the laptop. It has been a struggle with learning windows 11.

The laptop is as good as it is, nice and shine, brand new, config is fair relative to its price.

Ive only had this a couple of weeks and I already like it. The functionality of this computer is great. It sees the peripherals right away and responds very quickly. I do not use this for work but Im pretty sure its better than the one I use for work.

Easy to use, windows 11 is set up a lot different than 10

Laptop is fine. Just need it for work, so doesnt need to be super crazy. However, it arrived with no charging cable or any way to charge it. So, not thrilled about having to fork out another $60 for one :/

The battery does not hold charge. Fully charged battery lost 20% after 30 minutes from unplugging. The bottom of laptop gets really hot. I would not recommend. Will return due to the incredible amount of heat that it puts out. Excessive heat shortens the life of electronics. For the cost, I expected better.

Had problems from the very start! Pop up says this laptop has bad image on the c/drive. Not very reassuring for a brand new laptop! I think someone did a modification incorrectly! Buyer beware! Had Lenovo products previously and never had any problems!

Nice size screen fast does everything I need

There is something wrong with the way the keyboard is set up you can’t see the numbers and letters. Also from now on when I buy a computer I will have a touchscreen. The battery life is only OK.

Was easy to set up with no problems. One of the best Laptop computers I have ever bought.
