> 3 dayThe screen is great. But it arrived with nothing to plug it in for charging. I had to find one from an old computer. There is no touch screen or back up light.

29-11-2024This laptop is great for getting clerical work or simple tasks such as web based business or office products completed. Id say the only real drawback is the screen quality. It looks rather washed out, but otherwise it works great for what I need it to do. Great for work, good for watching videos, and naturally, bad for video games with the exception simple pixel or old indie games. It also doesnt have a SD card reader built in, but you can get a usb adaptar for that. If you are going to process a lot of data at one time, such as large databases or many browser windows, I suggest upgrading the RAM to 12 or 16GB as the 8GB it comes with gets eaten up quickly. It is a simple and inexpensive upgrade and HP made accessing it easy. Just watch out for the hidden screws under the rubber grips.

> 3 dayI’ve had this laptop for a couple of weeks and so far I’m happy with it. Mostly. The battery life has been terrible so far and I’ve noticed it doesn’t always charge to 100% even after being plugged in overnight. It’s definitely a concern at the moment and I can’t give it more than 3 stars because of it. Battery life is one of the most important aspects of a laptop.

28-11-2024I bought this product for college and I paid the amount which is really expensive. I finally got it and I was so happy to get my new computer but it didn’t even come with windows. I paid $520 dollars for a useless computer then I need to pay $200 more just to get windows. No thank you. I sent it back and am waiting for a refund.

> 3 dayThis computer has no touch screen. It works and is a lot faster than the laptop it replaced (nearly ten years old so it better!) And a lot lighter.
