> 3 dayPurchased three color cartridges (cyan, magenta and yellow) for my Office jet pro. 8600 plus. Replaced the old with the new. Printer locked up, didnt accept the new telling me I had everything from ink supply problems , paper jam problems to the printer head wasnt connected. After two days of doing everything the printer, the HP smart app. and the HP Windows 10 customer support suggested I returned these to Amazon. I then removed your the printer head and reinstalled it along with the old cartridges. Purchased new cartridges from a local store and was back in business.

03-06-2025Never could get this cartridge to work. Usually buy refurbished cartridges. They have worked great. Need the ink in a hurry and ordered this on Amazon. Missed the return date. $30 ish dollars wasted.
