Sending this thing back. it has some features that i was looking for but wow what a pain. Touch screen isnt really the right word for it. it should be called pound on the screen until something happens. This automatically disqualifies it from being what I was looking for. The smart lock is the worst implemented feature that would otherwise be useful. Worst because it doesnt work. I looked online for solutions to this problem and found many, many different things that I could try to do to fix it but it is new out of the box and I dont buy electronics to fix them. I do that for a living. Leave this one at the store and search for a better brand. HP failed on this one.

I got this for school and its awesome! Battery life lasts a while and its super quick when it charges! Being able to switch from laptop to tablet is so handy as well! Perfect for school!

Love the simplicity of this computer. Easy to use and add keyboard, mouse, and printer.

The good things are.. its fast and its thin and good looking and I like the touch screen. BUT the back lit keys are hard to see sometimes. Its terrible to watch movies on because the speakers even at highest volume are terrible! Is not compatible w/ many printers AND

My grandson loves it. There was a glitch having to do with the battery where it wouldn’t turn on but we called the HP customer service line and spoke with a rep and they helped us resolve it. (We had to unplug, hold the control button and the refresh button down for 30 seconds, & plug it back in, then it turned back on!)

I appreciate the low price on this powerhouse laptop. The ease of use right out of the box is a precious thing for people who are not tech minded. Plus this computer keeps a charge for over ten hours and going strong. I am loving it! Thanks a bunch!

Perfect to use an so easy to use especially since I do a lot of paper work for my family. So easy to use my 67 yr old can use it an he is not very technologically smart
