> 3 dayI bought it as a gift for my sister she really loves it to watch Netflix at night. Works for what I need it for. Great value at the time I bought it. My sister loves the touch screen feature.

> 3 dayI’ve got to be honest, I replaced my Dell chrome book with this HP. Should’ve gone with the Dell. The screen resolution on this chrome book is really bad. Difficult to read and absolute no brilliance like the Dell. The battery was suppose to hold a charge for 10 hours - not really , especially if you stream or play a game. I’ve gotten HP’s tech line number, I may have to call them . Unfortunately- I’m not really pleased with my purchase

Greater than one weekThis was my first chromebook purchase. I bought it to use for virtual learning and it has worked out great. The screen resolution isnt the best but its not terrible. The only problem I find is when I use it as a tablet. In tablet mode I end up pushing the keys accidentally since they are on the bottom. And Ive also had trouble finding a case that fits well while in both modes. But aside from that, I have had no issues. If this one was lost or broken I would purchase it again.

> 3 dayThe battery quit charging after two uses. The vendor refused to accept a return or do an exchange within their 90 day guarantee and when Amazon accepted the return after 30 day window the seller kept 20% of my total for a restocking fee even though it is broken.
