> 3 dayMy grandson loves it. There was a glitch having to do with the battery where it wouldn’t turn on but we called the HP customer service line and spoke with a rep and they helped us resolve it. (We had to unplug, hold the control button and the refresh button down for 30 seconds, & plug it back in, then it turned back on!)

> 3 dayI’ve got to be honest, I replaced my Dell chrome book with this HP. Should’ve gone with the Dell. The screen resolution on this chrome book is really bad. Difficult to read and absolute no brilliance like the Dell. The battery was suppose to hold a charge for 10 hours - not really , especially if you stream or play a game. I’ve gotten HP’s tech line number, I may have to call them . Unfortunately- I’m not really pleased with my purchase

Greater than one weekWas an upgrade from a fire hd8 for a 4 year old. Its a giant phone, may have been too big for a4 year old but cant complain, its for educational purpose and is easy to setup children permissions with Family Link to connect to my phone to monitor use.
