    Cant really say much about the functionality of this item. As soon as we turned it on we noticed the display seemed washed out and not crisp. Decided that alone was a deal breaker and returned it. Otherwise, it looked nice with its porcelain-esque finish and contrasting color keyboard, and speakers above the keys. But the display was sub-standard and unacceptable to us.

    This is without a doubt the worst screen I have ever seen in many, many years of notebooks. tablets, you name it. When viewed even a few degrees from the side the screen was unreadable. Unbelievably poor.

    EDIT - I had received the message that I could return the computer and was then told I couldnt. I offered to do an exchange on a non-used laptop and I was told it was too late to do a return. I realize I am passed the 30 days, however, it is a brand new laptop and not having used it should qualify for something.

    I’m starting to hate my Chromebook Microsoft online no longer supported which I need for homework. Cricut design space no longer works either hate it!!!
