> 24 hourWhat a slick printer. The good impression came with the box: the printer came well-packed, even to the HP tote bag that was used as the inner-most wrapping. The set-up was simple, with one hiccup: youre told to remove the packing tape, plug it in, turn it on, and follow instructions. So far, so good. But I kept getting an error message on the cool video screen, something about a paper jam - odd, since there was no paper in it yet! I finally figured out the little flipper tabs on the printer cartridge holders were flipped up, preventing the lid from closing fully; once I flipped them down so the lid closed completely, the installation and setup continued without a hitch. I used the on-screen setup to connect to my network, instead of the recommended CD installation, and that went perfectly. And when I was done, I fired up the iPad, brought up Safari, hit the Print option, and ta-da, there was the HP Envy printer! Selected it, and printed just fine. Just as advertised, NO additional setup or software on the iPad at all. Now _that_ is what I wanted. I can print from my iPad, plus HP throws in its ePrint service (in addition to Apples AirPrint) for free. I tested that, and it worked, too. This is one spiffy printer. I really liked the on-screen animations that were available during setup if you needed further instruction. I didnt need the help, but I liked having the animations there. Did I mention this is a cool printer?

> 24 hourI admired the design of the original Envy 100 but held off on buying one. I just went ahead with the updated 110 model this past weekend. The printer was a breeze to set up. My PC established an ad hoc wi-fi network with it and securely transmitted at my primary home networks info securely to the printer itself and then switched both back to my regular wi-fi network (802.11g with WPA2). After that completed, the printer just worked without requiring any configuration on the printer itself. Printing from my laptop or from my iPhone works perfectly. Earlier reviews had talked about the tray and panel not closing properly - that all seems to be working fine for me. The printer is almost silent in its operation. Its so sleek and stylish that it looks perfectly in place sitting on an side table in my living room. I havent used the e-fax feature yet but am glad to have it. For the occasional sending or receiving of faxes, being able to do so without a land line is a welcome feature. It costs a bit more but the design and operation are superior to the inexpensive options, in my opinion.

> 24 hourThe touch screen that is supposed to be used to set up the printer did not work. We spent over an hour with HP helpline (from India). Amazon agreed to take the printer back for credit but charged 20% re-stocking plus shipping costs. We lost $50 and decided to stop buying stuff from Amazon.

> 24 hourI like this printer so much I can not decide what I like best about. It is unobtrusive and operates very quietly. The quality is great and it was very easy to set up.

> 24 hourPaper tray does not hold enough paper. It is for home use, not for a small home busines. It looks great so if you want a stylish looking printer then this is it. DO NOT buy the new model ENVY 120 because that has a known manufacturer defect with the scanner.

> 24 hourI have owned this for several years now. Never a problem printing, copying or scanning. Looks like a fine piece of equipment on my desk. It does so much more than print, copy and scan, but I have no use for the other functions. You can fax from it, and it communicates with iPhone and iPad well. To be honest, I really dont avail myself of all its features. If you are like me, you might want to forgo the bells and whistles. Also, even on the most efficient settings, it uses a lot of ink. The ink is not refillable so be prepared to buy new ones each time. It also doesnt do well unless you are buying the genuine HP ink.

> 24 hour[[ASIN:B005O55T70 HP Envy 110 e-All-in-One Printer (Brown)] Got this item through prime after reading reviews and am really happy I did. Took out of box put in paper and ink jet cartridges and plugged in and was ready to set up it was that easy. Put in disc provided to download software and sync with my computer was done completely wireless no cord or USB cable needed was leery at first as some reviews I read said that you needed to have a USB connection for the 1st time this was not the case with mine is the easiest set-up I have ever done. Have used the copy, print, and scan functions and they work great. The plus is this is an all in one that is the size of a cable box and looks great. Very happy with this purchase and as usual Amazon had it to me in 2 days waiting on my doorstep when I got home and did I mention the savings most stores were selling this for 250.00 and Amazon saved me 70.00 dollars.
