> 3 dayFor around $170 the monitor is decent. The bezels are fairly small which makes the screen look more modern. It comes with both a DP cord and HDMI cord. It’s not great for gaming since it’s only 60hz and only 1080p which is kind of low for a 27 in monitor but it makes sense for the price. There is slight edge light bleed when viewing dark images, not sure if it’s only a problem with my specific item. Comes with built in speakers which is not terrible but not great either, definitely not for high quality music listening. It’s alright for casual users.

17-11-2024I purchased this monitor for a very good price, and I learned why over time. The feature set is excellent for a low end monitor from a time tested (and sometimes found wanting) name. I know people who work for HP, and I respect them greatly. This monitor, not so much. It loses sync on PC wake 25% of the time, unlike my other monitors, and turning it off and on restores it. Ive tried drivers, different video cards, different ports on the video cards, and even different computers -- and it has this problem across the board. Next to my Motherboard brand monitor it looks dull. After spending a lot of time with adjustments, its still lacking in vibrancy, color accuracy, and contrast. It looks pretty good physically, so it would be an excellent choice if working properly all the time isnt required. If it worked reliably, it would be worth a good sale price, and this may be an issue unique to this monitor. All that said, if it was (yeah, repeating myself) reliable it would be good for a grandma computer, but not for someone who has several computers and can tell this is the least visually performant monitor of the lot.

> 3 dayThis monitor arrived on time, and was well protected in the box! The hardest part of the set up was getting it out of the packaging- which is good, thats why it was all intact! lol Truly lightweight, and it came with VGA, HDMI, DisplayPort, and also a 3.5mm stereo audio cable. With all these options, it should work with ANY computer! The menu buttons are on the right side, on the bottom of the screen - a bit small and there are no markings on the front to differentiate what you are pressing, so you do have to look underneath to choose the correct button . You wont need a software CD or download link to set this up. As soon as I was all connected, my HP Elitebook found it and connected. The monitor was set to the correct resolution so I did not need to adjust this. Looks like this monitor supports audio over HDMI, so you can probably use it as a TV when connected to a streaming device or internet, but I have not tried that yet. I have been using this monitor for work for a few months and am very happy with it!

> 3 dayThey work very well. They do, however, from time to time just go black. It will come right back in two seconds but just out of the blue. Sometimes when I turn everything off and come back the next day to turn on it does not recognize the cables that are connected and says there is no connection. Nothing changed since turning it off and coming back so its a product issue. I unplug all cables and plug back in and most of the time it recognizes its connected. Sometimes it takes a couple tries to get it to recognize it is connected.

> 3 dayHP needs to impose better EMI standards. I had to put ferrite chokes on both the power and video leads to reduce electromagnetic emissions from this monitor.
