> 3 dayI am often plagued by buyers remorse--probably complicated because I have an aversion to returning. Making larger or longer term purchases always makes me anxious. I picked this out, on Prime Day, based on the reasonable price, the touch screen and the comparable specs and the mostly positive reviews. NO REGRETS. I love the keyboard, the touch screen is awesome, especially with onenote--I can take hand written notes (Im a therapist) on this thing and easily convert them to text, the battery life is reasonable, does everything I need it to. Im not into gaming, but this little guy is perfect for what I need. Highly recommend.

> 3 dayBastante rápida, en general es un buen equipo. Su problema es la batería que presenta dificultades para calibrar. Fuera de ello, es un buen equipo en relación precio-calidad.

> 3 dayI specifically ordered this because it promised windows 10 but it came with windows 11 installed and no backdown ability to windows 10. I tried it to see if I could keep it but windows 11 is horrid. It doesnt let us do simple things like download something directly to the desktop and it has encrypted stuff so that we cant use our external hard drives for backup because they arent encrypted. I hate to lose all the work I did moving my files to this PC but I have decided that the future with this PC would be horrendous. I am resetting it and returning it.

> 3 dayIt is true, battery life is poor, and it keeps disconnecting from wi-fi. In this century, there is no plausible reason for a computer that costs this much to have these flaws. Have not decided whether to send it back. I still use a Toshiba and a Dell, this one was lighter for taking to other countries. I wanted a backlit keyboard. You start out putting all your data on it, only to find out the flaws as you go. Very discouraging, do not know if it is Win 10 or HP. Will get to the bottom of it and update this poor review. There wasnt a whole lot of comments when I purchased. Pen and touch work decent, so does the switching to tablet like mode.

Greater than one weekI really wish there was a way to find out if you could purchase a warranty with this or if it already comes with one

> 3 dayI use this for both personal and work related matter and it has been great so far! Light weight, but sturdy. I love that the keyboard lights up when you use it in the dark!

Greater than one weekIt has been a long time since I treated myself to a new computer and I wish I hasnt waited so long. I kept telling myself that my old laptop was fine. I knew within minutes of starting this laptop that I was very wrong. This laptop is very responsive and even while doing several tasks I did not notice any lag. I use my laptop for general surfing of the internet and for keeping my household budget organized most often. In my downtime I love to stream video on my laptop while I relax. The monitor is crystal clear and looks great. The tablet conversion is something I didnt even realize was possible and I am so glad that it is. This feature alone would be enough to put me over the moon. Added to that a well balanced computer with a decent battery life and enough power to do everything I ask of it and its nearly a miracle. The touch screen makes it so easy to navigate too! I do wish the keyboard was back-lit and that would make it 100% perfect for me. Aside from that I love everything about this computer.
