> 3 dayI gave this laptop a 4 star, but I will keep it, because finding a 5 star laptop would mean I would not have a touchscreen and a backlit keyboard. I also needed ports on my laptop.

> 3 dayThis laptop starts up in about 10 seconds and is ready to use, and only takes a few seconds to shut down. I was able to easily customize Windows 10 for my own preferences, and to delete the apps I didnt want. I didn’t connect to the internet until I was able to review the system. It gives you the option of creating a Microsoft account if desired.

> 3 dayGiven the number of hour spent in front of a screen, it is wonderful to have such a user friendly, adaptable computer on my team. I have been a Mac user for YEARS and am so happy that I made the decision to change. The touch screen is a gamechanger. As a teacher teaching online, it is wonderful to be able to share my screen and utilize the whiteboard feature and to be able to accurately draw and present lessons quickly and legibly. The only thing that I have to get used to is having the power button on the side, which I hit and power down the devise by mistake. This was a wonderful purchase!

> 3 dayGreat computer, has lasted a long time, is super durable (Ive had it in my backpack for a couple of years and take it everywhere, so it gets thrown around a fair amount, my backpack isnt waterproof nor does it have as much padding as Id like for the laptop holder, but its gotten soaked several times and slammed around for years), honestly Im shocked it still works (I definitely thought it would have water damage or be glitchy, but its still kicking), love the touch screen, and being able to fold the screen back which is great for watching videos, pretty great for multi tasking. Only complaint is the battery life isnt that great, but honestly no laptops battery lasts nearly long enough and most Ive had died faster (when new and after awhile needed to be plugged in almost constantly). This is my longest lasting laptop

> 3 dayThe only negative is the power button on the side. You have to be careful not to turn it off when you pick it up by the side.

Greater than one weekProduct was everything it was supposed to be. I have used it several months now and the reason for 4 star is b/c the battery life is not stellar.....but very practical for an average day.

> 3 dayWe bought this for our son. His previous laptop was in dire need of replacing. This works great. Apps load fast, switching between them is fast and smooth. Boot time is very fast. The flip screen is great for his use. In fact, my wife is jealous of it and looking forward to her next upgrade.

> 3 dayOrdered the computer on March 12, 2021 and after only a few months the keyboard is all messed up. I can’t copy and paste with the shortcut functions and I can’t use shift to make Capitol letters on the right side of the keyboard. I spent four hours researching online how to fix this and none of the solutions work. For obvious reasons the keyboard shortcut functions are extremely important and I am not happy that they don’t work after only owning the computer for a few months.

> 3 dayI only gave this computer 3 stars because of the battery life. It was draining while completely shut down, but I updated the BIOS and that problem seems to be taken care of. Still, the battery life is much less than my ASUS ZenBook Flip. Other than that, I like this computer and I think it will do well for doing my schoolwork.
