This is an awesome computer! My daughter uses it for school work and says its compacted sryle makes it easy to chug along.

NO FINGERPRINT READER. VERY FAST GOOD COMPUTER NO LAGGING. BACKSPACE KEY HARD TO GET USED TO AND BACKLIT KEYBOARD GOES OUT EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE MAYBE DUE TO POWER SAVING FEATURES. Had it for 2 years now and no issues. I don’t save anything on this computer, I save everything to the cloud. I also don’t download demanding computer programs into it. Just necessary and safe programs from school. To add, I never go on shady websites, only main stream ones. Take care of your computer and it will take care of you!

Got this for my son for college. It has worked out great for him.

I specifically ordered this because it promised windows 10 but it came with windows 11 installed and no backdown ability to windows 10. I tried it to see if I could keep it but windows 11 is horrid. It doesnt let us do simple things like download something directly to the desktop and it has encrypted stuff so that we cant use our external hard drives for backup because they arent encrypted. I hate to lose all the work I did moving my files to this PC but I have decided that the future with this PC would be horrendous. I am resetting it and returning it.

I’ve been buying HP computers for many years. I usually have them custom built, but this time, I took a Prime Day deal that was too good to pass up. Once I got everything set up, the computer is exactly right for me in every way except the built-in mouse. There’s plenty of storage/memory, the touchscreen works well, graphics look sharp, the screen is just the right size, and I love the 360 convertible feature. I don’t use the tablet mode often yet, but it makes watching videos and playing online games easier. It was easy to set up my preferences for what to do when I turn the lid in different directions. The laptop is lightweight and easy to tote around. The power button is on the side, which can be inconvenient. I have unintentionally put my computer in sleep mode a couple of times by picking up the laptop and inadvertently pressing that button. I have changed the setup so that nothing happens when I hit the power button.

I love my new computer! The screen is great and the processor is super fast

I really like almost everything about this model, except for the placement of the power switch - which is along the left side of the keyboard. Kind of odd for a machine that is designed to be versatile and mobile. Also, the power cord connects to all my other HP notebooks on the left side, and this one connects on the right side. Not a big deal but now all places I use my computer in my house are opposite, so when I need the cord, it has to cross over me. Still, good price for this model and Im happy. I would recommend.
