> 3 daySo far Ive only had it for a few days but I really really like it. I havent had any issues with it. My only complaint, and this is not really about the product itself, but I really wish that Microsoft gave their Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to the devices they sell with their Operating systems on them...

> 3 dayBought it for online courses for my high school daughter and she loves it. No issues and it runs fast with no glitches or stops. Really happy with the purchase.

> 3 dayThis computer has been great so far. The touchscreen is very sensitive, and the touchpad is actually one of the better ones I’ve ever used – usually when I use a touchpad I’m reaching for the mouse after a few minutes. With this one, I am good using the touchpad for long periods of time.

> 3 dayOrdered the computer on March 12, 2021 and after only a few months the keyboard is all messed up. I can’t copy and paste with the shortcut functions and I can’t use shift to make Capitol letters on the right side of the keyboard. I spent four hours researching online how to fix this and none of the solutions work. For obvious reasons the keyboard shortcut functions are extremely important and I am not happy that they don’t work after only owning the computer for a few months.

> 3 dayBought this laptop brand new about a month ago to use for school (zoom lessons, email, some excel, etc.). Unfortunately, this computer is SLOW and the screen starts to continuously glitch everyday until I restart. When sharing my screen during a meeting, the computer completely freezes. Not reliable.

> 3 dayThis laptop starts up in about 10 seconds and is ready to use, and only takes a few seconds to shut down. I was able to easily customize Windows 10 for my own preferences, and to delete the apps I didnt want. I didn’t connect to the internet until I was able to review the system. It gives you the option of creating a Microsoft account if desired.

> 3 dayI was very excited when my queue was populated with this laptop. I bought this exact version in 2018 for my wife for about 600$ on sale. There are only minor differences between the 2020 and 2018 version and they all contribute to a small increase in raw performance but nothing revolutionary.
