> 3 dayMy son uses his laptop to watch YouTube which has parental controls on it. It’s basically the only thing that this laptop is used for. It was working great until I just tried to turn it on and it says it doesn’t have an operating system on it. I checked for a warranty and Amazon says to contact the seller directly. The seller no longer exists.

> 3 dayGreat laptop for any student, not good for medium gaming. If youre playing Undertale or Minecraft this Pc will be fine, but anything else probably wont hit 30fps. The battery life on this laptop isnt too great, Im maxing at around 4 hours when doing regular tasks. The fan also gets quite loud when watching videos or doing light-tasks.

> 3 dayI like this computer. Easy to use. Unfortunately the battery life is awful. I can have it fully charged and within a day or two without using it, the battery is dead. I am considering sending it back or ask the company for a replacement battery. Not a computer you can depend on if you just pick it up to use now and then without it being on charge all the time.

> 3 dayI’ve been buying HP computers for many years. I usually have them custom built, but this time, I took a Prime Day deal that was too good to pass up. Once I got everything set up, the computer is exactly right for me in every way except the built-in mouse. There’s plenty of storage/memory, the touchscreen works well, graphics look sharp, the screen is just the right size, and I love the 360 convertible feature. I don’t use the tablet mode often yet, but it makes watching videos and playing online games easier. It was easy to set up my preferences for what to do when I turn the lid in different directions. The laptop is lightweight and easy to tote around. The power button is on the side, which can be inconvenient. I have unintentionally put my computer in sleep mode a couple of times by picking up the laptop and inadvertently pressing that button. I have changed the setup so that nothing happens when I hit the power button.
