Greater than one weekBastante rápida, en general es un buen equipo. Su problema es la batería que presenta dificultades para calibrar. Fuera de ello, es un buen equipo en relación precio-calidad.

> 3 dayI got this on prime day, when I got it and started to configure the laptop settings the “brightness” for the screen at 100% is very dim. It has amazing resolution for videos, but the 100% of brightness is actually like 85%, it is dark. I can’t change it.

Greater than one weekIt has been a long time since I treated myself to a new computer and I wish I hasnt waited so long. I kept telling myself that my old laptop was fine. I knew within minutes of starting this laptop that I was very wrong. This laptop is very responsive and even while doing several tasks I did not notice any lag. I use my laptop for general surfing of the internet and for keeping my household budget organized most often. In my downtime I love to stream video on my laptop while I relax. The monitor is crystal clear and looks great. The tablet conversion is something I didnt even realize was possible and I am so glad that it is. This feature alone would be enough to put me over the moon. Added to that a well balanced computer with a decent battery life and enough power to do everything I ask of it and its nearly a miracle. The touch screen makes it so easy to navigate too! I do wish the keyboard was back-lit and that would make it 100% perfect for me. Aside from that I love everything about this computer.

> 3 dayNot good quality. Maybe I got a lemon. Too many glitches. Kept freezing and programs wouldnt load. I had to perform a PC reset twice and still didnt fix issues. I have an older Intel Core I5 that runs faster than this laptop. Touchscreen was great but overall not a good product.

Greater than one weekI am often plagued by buyers remorse--probably complicated because I have an aversion to returning. Making larger or longer term purchases always makes me anxious. I picked this out, on Prime Day, based on the reasonable price, the touch screen and the comparable specs and the mostly positive reviews. NO REGRETS. I love the keyboard, the touch screen is awesome, especially with onenote--I can take hand written notes (Im a therapist) on this thing and easily convert them to text, the battery life is reasonable, does everything I need it to. Im not into gaming, but this little guy is perfect for what I need. Highly recommend.

10-06-2025Ordered the computer on March 12, 2021 and after only a few months the keyboard is all messed up. I can’t copy and paste with the shortcut functions and I can’t use shift to make Capitol letters on the right side of the keyboard. I spent four hours researching online how to fix this and none of the solutions work. For obvious reasons the keyboard shortcut functions are extremely important and I am not happy that they don’t work after only owning the computer for a few months.

> 3 dayThe only negative is the power button on the side. You have to be careful not to turn it off when you pick it up by the side.

> 3 dayThe laptop worked only for one day. This laptop wouldnt turn on even with a fully charged battery. After several attempts and hours it turned on but I was afraid to keep it after contacting tech support. Additionally, the tech stated the laptop only had 4 months remaining on the HP/manufacturer warranty.
