> 24 hourWhile the product was fine, these are designed for Europe and if you are buying them for US you need adapter or it wont work. (Just wanted to update, was going to return this item and while re-boxing it found included adapter so increased one star. Bottom line, if you order from them, they include the necessary adapter but it will be in bottom of the package so dont miss it when you pull out the small box containing the base station)

> 24 hourThe first two I bought were fine for a week before one went out and the other one sounded like one of the sensors broke. Got it replaced and the same exact thing happen. Also, all four them do not match the boxes nor the back of the lighthouses. Also, yes thats how faded the lettering on the back is brand new. Im more then certain these are refurbished, and passed off as new. This is a scam, and someone should look into this more.

> 24 hourIm disappointed with this product. The cord is far shorter than the one that Valve sells, but this one costs over fifty dollars more. I would recommend waiting for a valve restock to get base stations instead of buying this from HTC.

> 24 hourI have a valve index with four 2.0 base stations. The tracking is impeccable. I have had one base station go bad and it was replaced no questions asked. Great product great service.

> 24 hourI wanted to buy two base stations for my VR setup in June but Valve was out of stock at the time. Amazon came through with these. If you set them up properly for standing or room experience, they work great. Key point, dont leave them on all the time. The lasers inside spin at extremely fast RPM and you will wear out the base stations over time. Thats very important. With bluetooth this is easy, but wired, you have to manually unplug the power to the base stations. I left mine on for two months and I felt like a complete imbecile. Thankfully, I only play VR games infrequently because Im busy. They still work fine, but Ill be monitoring them over time for stability and performance issues.

> 24 hourDoesnt come with any wires, the front of the station looks scratched up. i have 2 and they both came with everything. when asked for a refund, they told me that my refund would come back in 2-3 hours ( after turning into ups). that was a lie, told to wait 2 weeks. like what? even on Steam, buying the base stations, comes with the plug cord.

> 24 hourI brought one from Dell, base station 2.0, it works immediately with pimax 8kx. This one no, it took me so much effort to make it work only once, then never work again. This one from amazon said it was assembled in US. I suspect it has out of dated firmwares, but without vive VR, you could not even update by yourself. I bought another one from Dell, now it works out of box again. Wasted me 200 dollars, Amazon!

> 24 hourSo yeah. It is more expensive and you get less than what Valve gives you. But it works and you can order it whenever. The 2.0 arrived after a week, which was sooner than the 2 weeks they suggested it would take. Ill take what I can get if Valve is out of stock.

> 24 hourBought 4 of these for gamer daughters VR set up. They are just as easy to set up as the 1.0 units and have improved performance. Cost is more but worth it for the improved performance. Dont forget to order wall mounts for these!!!

> 24 hourGood base station but comes with the 1.0 Wall charger and no wall Mount. Holds up well and tracking is perfect.
