Greater than one weekI have a valve index with four 2.0 base stations. The tracking is impeccable. I have had one base station go bad and it was replaced no questions asked. Great product great service.

> 3 dayWas not functioning when it arrived and was throwing out error codes as soon as I turned it on, but on the plus side, they never received my return. Next time Ill just set $200 on fire.

> 3 dayThese things are overpriced, anyway - they charge what they can get away with. If you can get them from Valve, do so - youll save fifty bucks, which is still a rip off, but less so. And while these are functionally the same as Valves, they dont come with mounting gear, and the power cord is insultingly short. But if youre desperate for some base stations, these are better than nothing. The problem is HTC seems to be counting on that.

> 3 dayI bought the base station back in February and after around 2 months, it has stopped working and it’s disappointing since it does not seem to have warranty or some sort

> 3 dayBought this about a month ago everything was fine never touched it once I mounted it on my wall, all of a suddenly I go to plug it in to its power source and it starts blinking red, not sure as to what caused this but now it wont connect to my pc no matter what I do, I heard its a hardware failure but not sure how I will return it if its over the return window time, as it is its just a waste of 200$, broke within a month, currently am contacting steam if they can replace it if possible but well see.

> 3 day3 stars is as much as I can give these even though they work perfectly. 1 star lost for the fact that they up charge you $50 but dont even include mounting hardware, causing you to spend at least an additional $10 just to mount them. That much more for the same base station with no hardware is unforgivable. Second star lost due to cord length. Unless youre mounting it directly above, or just a few feet over from, an outlet, youll need extension cords. Summary: Yes, they work, very well, but if you are lucky enough to catch the Valve branded ones on steam for $150 with longer cables and mounting hardware, jump on those!

> 3 dayThe item was broken and blinking red when arrived. Manufacturers warranty was also out when attempting to get support. HTC and Amazon were very understanding and walked me through troubleshooting steps before reaching a return. Have since purchased another and it works flawless. It even connected to my PC through bluetooth automatically, which the previous one never did.
