Nice small dual charger, it provides plenty of power to charge a tablet. Gave four stars because its difficult to pull out of the 12 volt cigarette lighter/power slot. The edge is rounded out, so its difficult to grip and remove from the 12 volt cigarette lighter/power slot. I cannot use in my old 2004 325i, because power is always supplied to the power lighter slot. Anything plugged into the 12 volt cigarette lighter/power slot will drain the vehicles battery, especially if the battery is weak. I can use in my newer vehicle, because the power to the 12 volt cigarette lighter slot is turned off when vehicle is off. Therefore, I can leave the charger plugged into the 12 volt cigarette lighter/power slot without worry that my vehicles battery would drain.

Ive been using this for a few weeks now and am very pleased. Ive been using another well known supplier of power supplies for the last few years (RAV Power) and they set the bar for quality and value very high. This unit has so far been its equal. Have used it to power/charge a variety of mobile devices from a micro-usb 2.0 device to a Samsung 9+. Charge time for those devices is as expected, matching or exceeding the performance of my previous unit. (Which by the way is still working. It didnt fail, just gave it a new home) Kudos to HUSSELL for a job well done. I would definitely buy again.

This quickly charges my Motorola phone. I dont have any problems with it. It does pop out of the socket if I pull on the charging cord but I leave the cord in the charger so that is not an issue for me. I did have a card in my box that said I was eligible for a free charger. I thought this had to be a hoax or something. I went to the website and filled out the form. I confirmed my address when the email came in. The free charger was in my mailbox about a week later. Really nice!

good charge fast

I bought this to replace another charger (different brand) that never quite worked consistently in my car, and happy to report that this (so far) works great. The old charger would keep disconnecting intermittently even though it felt securely plugged in, and I would have to toggle or rotate it just right to get it to work (and sometimes, nothing I did could get it to supply a charge). This one though stays connected the whole time. Build quality is solid, as others have noted. It’s nice and small, but still a tad bigger than the cigarette lighter in my car, so it doesn’t quite sit flush with the receptacle. I’ll update this review if anything changes, but as of now (after about a month of use) I’m happy with the purchase.

I haven’t run a complete test on charging yet so I didn’t rate that, but the 12 volt receptacle in my truck has protective lid that covers it when not in use, it would be better if your adapter was flush when inserted so that the cover would still close when not in use

One port stopped working in about two months and I only used the other port. Instruction manual says 24 month warranty with support email to contact....([email protected]). Email was returned undeliverable. Email address does not exist. Very not cool. (Update) I was able to contact the company with the Help button next to the order in my order history. An automated chat opened and I followed the choices.... (Help: Other: Warranty:) Then Amazons messaging system popped up to send my request to the company. The response was within a day or two and a replacement was promised to arrive in 4 days.

High quality material and works perfectly. Charges very quickly compared to previous charger and a 110 times faster built-in USB port in my Silverado. It keeps my iPhone 7 Plus charging even while the display is on and the GPS app is providing directions. I started using it the other day and my battery showed 68% charged. With the GPS app running and the iPhone display on, my battery charged to 72%in about 15 minutes of travel. Of course it charger much faster without GPS and display on. My Previous charger couldn’t keep up and the battery would drain even though It was plugged-in to charge. Seems well built. The round blue light is not a distraction in my truck. Yes I would recommend.

Purchased this charger to replace a plastic one from another company that had issues. This Hussell charger has been excellent. It’s used to charge an iPhone 11 Max which it does quickly and for my son’s Nintendo Switch on road trips. This is the only charger that my son hasn’t broken. It’s also used in a Jeep in Vegas in the summer heat above 110 degrees and it’s survived where others didn’t.

Overall good quality . Trim ring at head of the unit by the charge ports is loose on both pieces I ordered. Doesnt seem to have any adverse affects, just bothers me to pay extra for a non-plastic piece.
