It is a strong little charger. Fits perfecly flat. Have been using it every day heavily, charging nin stop for a long time, still.going on strong.

This item did the trick. I had an older/regular charger that could barely keep my phone charged if I was using it with Google Maps. With this charger, I can use Google Maps and charge my phone to 100%. I only gave it 4 stars as my wifes iPhone 11 Pro would not charge at the same time as my phone when I was using Google Maps. I didnt run any tests to see if it worked if I stopped using Google Maps or a different car outlet. It wasnt that big a deal to me as I was happy that my iPhone 8 charged. This was in a 2004 Honda Pilot.

If youre not watching or aware it will slide out! The bad thing about that is you might think your phone is charged but b/c it sled somewhat out of the hole, it wont be charged! It slides out very easily like if your car hits a bump on the road or you gently graze it but it does charge your stuff fast!

I installed this in my Honda Pioneer 12v outlet for phone charging, it is made of metal and solid. Seems like a quality item that will last.

I am an off-road motorcycle rider. Often I roam in the woods and I depend on my GPS navigation. Previously I had a bad experience with other USB chargers when they get disconnected from the bumps and I find my GPS has been discharged. That was before I purchased this charger. The contact springs are so strong and the metal body is so durable that my GPS does not lose power even when I jump through rocks and obstacles. The product has been proven in extreme conditions and I would strongly recommend it.

Ive bought a few of these at the gas station for around $20-30( because gas stations are cutthroat af and prey on you desperation). Not only do you over pay by 300% but there chargers always seem to break do to poor, cheap material. With this, as soon as you take it out the box it feels sturdy. Like why build something like this if it wasnt intended to last. And it does appear to support fast charging so most phone should fully charge within an hour. Well worth the money spent.

Cant tell for sure if it meets the claimed specs, but it is faster than just using the car-provided USB port. But note that once you push it in to the cigarette lighter thingy, it is a bit difficult to get out. It is pretty flush with the surrounding surface, so you have to have very small fingers or have some prying object to get it to dislodge – I learned that the hard way with a rental car. But overall Im pretty pleased. Keeping it in my own car only from now on.

Update 12-5-20: two of the boxes had a free winning ticket inside. I scanned the code and was sent two free!! Very heavy duty, I dont feel like it is going to catch fire like others Ive had. Charges two phones at the same time with no problem. Both phones do not indicate fast charging, but they sure seem to both be getting enough power to charge quickly. The outer blue LED is very nice ambient light and not blinding at night. It gives plenty of light to see where it is and where to plug in chords. I liked it so much I bought another one for my back seat area and Im going to buy a third for my spouses truck! Saw some questions and I can say the LED is NOT in any way going to drain your car battery if your 12V ports are constantly powered. It would take a year to drain your battery in that manner!!!
