I put mine outside in the back of my house in Oregon. I was worried it wouldn’t charge well because of our rainy cloudy winters but it has worked beautifully. It charges great, the picture quality is fantastic, the light illuminates the whole back yard, and I like the alerts it sends to my phone. You can set a siren or talk through it.

Camera works well and the extra light helps at night. I like I dont have to connect a power cable to power the camera and the solar works well and keeps it charge throughout the day and night. The mobile app works well and have its individual storage with the sd card is a plus to see playback videos.

Just when you think ieGeek cant produce anything better... BOOM!!! They drop yet another amazing and affordable nuclear nugget: a Wireless 2K Outdoor camera Floodlight... that is SOLAR Powered. This was the missing link in completely securing my parcel. While there is a 20 camera surveillance system on the property, I have acquired an addition six other ieGeek Cameras (not including this one), to add where the wired cameras couldnt reach. It was easy to add to the app and get setup. Installation was just as easy, with the mounting screws provided. The dual flood lights really do brighten up the space, making it easy to see what is going on in the phone app. While some of the features are nothing new (setup, SD recording, motion, recording,) other features like light brightness and time are nice additions. Im looking forward to see what ieGeek produces next.

Great camera!! The light on this camera is very bright! We use this in our backyard. We tend to get wild animals jumping into our yard. So we are hoping this camera and light will scare them away before our German Shepard gets to them. It was easy to install along with easy to setup and the directions are straightforward. The solar panel is amazing! We havent had much sun lately but when we did the solar panel charged the camera. So cool! The app is easy to use and navigate. You can setup zones for the camera the notify you if it detects movement in that area. Overall we are very happy with this camera. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a security camera with a very bright light!

the installation is easy about 5 minutes, the 2K quality is very good, the spotlight is very good if you occupy it near the main entrance, it helps that it is free of cable by the solar panel and the internal battery. the siren leaves a lot to be desired but it has bidirectional communication which allows you to talk to someone at the same time this is excellent when you receive packages, it does not come with memory but it supports Micro sd and it does not have contracts so it is a single purchase without additional expenses. very good equipment to place in your house in front or back on a deck. Management the camera with the app is to easy.

The whole family really like and approve this solar cam. We bought one of them for more security at home and for more additional security and lighting. I’ve install one on my front porch and thinking of getting other in my alleyway. I like it so much because even at night it still detect and flashes the bright and powerful light to view in color so that all darkness is lifted up and everything can be seen in color compared to previous non night camera. This makes it a very secure and the best the alarm system i have ever had and competes with a ring or right secure alarm system without the need to pay for costly monthly charge. I hope it come with internal memory to save the videos or better yet if you could save all the videos on your phone using micro sd and can be extended up 128gb. This allow for further recording without the need to store in to the cloud which is very expensive and not the most cost effective

I had a very specific need and this looked like it would work. I had a remote location behind a shed about 60 from the house, it backs up to BLM land. No power, not network cable. This worked perfect. The setup was a breeze. I charged it up at the house with the solar, hooked it up to the WiFi, tested it then moved it out to the shed. It hooked right up and I could see it on the ap. Order a MicroSD card with it so it you have it when your camera arrives.

I have owned multiple iegeek cameras over the years. Only until recently have the older (3-4yr) started to fail. However I have seen the improvements they have made over the years and the current cameras are much better than the originals. I am overall satisfied with the products. This camera with light works excellent as a camera and the light is bright and illuminates well. My only complaint is I wish the software would allow for the light to continue to illuminate at night for longer than the camera recording. I find that when taking out my trash or running to my car at night, the light is turning on and off multiple times as I have a shorter recording time. If this product updated to allow the light to stay on while not recording, I would rate 5 stars all around.

Used for my driveway view, it gives you options to where you want detection and alarm that triggers based on the sensitivity mode.

This camera/light is basically setup out the box. The night vision is too clear for words. Thanks too iegeek for great customer support and products.
