> 3 dayPhoto and video quality are fine. What makes this camera excellent is the ease of installation and use. No wires, and the onboard battery is still showing 100% after two months of use!

> 3 dayThe whole family really like and approve this solar cam. We bought one of them for more security at home and for more additional security and lighting. I’ve install one on my front porch and thinking of getting other in my alleyway. I like it so much because even at night it still detect and flashes the bright and powerful light to view in color so that all darkness is lifted up and everything can be seen in color compared to previous non night camera. This makes it a very secure and the best the alarm system i have ever had and competes with a ring or right secure alarm system without the need to pay for costly monthly charge. I hope it come with internal memory to save the videos or better yet if you could save all the videos on your phone using micro sd and can be extended up 128gb. This allow for further recording without the need to store in to the cloud which is very expensive and not the most cost effective

> 3 dayClearest night vision of all my cams. I particularly like this for the floodlight aspect since I wish to deter persons in areas of my outside that are dark and hidden from the street. The floodlight is strong and pops on and will stay on as long as I like. The settings are more variable and I can also control where the alarms will activate using the area definition feature. With this feature I can block out the street so the alarm will only focus on the area next to my house. The battery is much bigger so will last longer and the solar panel keeps it charged without any further maintenance. Also a wider angle to provide more coverage area. It was very easy to install with the new one piece mount.

> 3 dayThe camera was relatively easy to set up and connect to my wireless. No Problem with range of reception. I did lose the connection once, but it was able to reconnect on its own. I have had no issues with the solar panel keeping the batteries charged, even in Michigans typical overcast winter weather.

> 3 dayI am in process of building out home security camera system. As I already have my home fitted with CloudEdge wireless doorbell & wireless indoor camera, I looked for a compatible one to monitor outside. At first I started with Ring systems, but very soon learned that monthly subscription would cost hundreds of $$$ per year. Then I moved on to Wyze, however, it also started charging monthly subscription, otherwise cool down, forced 5 minute break between recordings would kick in, unless paid. Finally, I settled with CloudEdge cameras. They are unfortunately not compatible with Alexa, but at least I dont have to pay, and picture quality & specs are on par with other systems. Motion detection is quite fast and accurate. The installation was relatively easy, while mounting to the wall required some drilling and gluing. This one seems to be a new release with LED flood light, and its blindingly bright! Looks and works like a prestigious brand, not cheap at all. Improvements needed 1. Wish images can be rotated. 2. Continuous recording not possible, but only records when motion is detected. 3. It is not Alexa compatible. 4. There are few seconds delay starting live feeds.

> 3 dayThe ieGeek Floodlight Camera is a great camera and seems to work very impressively. It doesnt take too long to install, since you really only need to install the (not included) MicroSD card and then mount the camera and solar panel. Once installed, you can connect to the app and see from your camera day or night. My only issue is that the app seems to take several seconds to connect to the camera. I could understand a few, but sometimes I am waiting 15 seconds before I get a picture. I have other cameras and it is just this one that I am having issues with.

> 3 dayJust when you think ieGeek cant produce anything better... BOOM!!! They drop yet another amazing and affordable nuclear nugget: a Wireless 2K Outdoor camera Floodlight... that is SOLAR Powered. This was the missing link in completely securing my parcel. While there is a 20 camera surveillance system on the property, I have acquired an addition six other ieGeek Cameras (not including this one), to add where the wired cameras couldnt reach. It was easy to add to the app and get setup. Installation was just as easy, with the mounting screws provided. The dual flood lights really do brighten up the space, making it easy to see what is going on in the phone app. While some of the features are nothing new (setup, SD recording, motion, recording,) other features like light brightness and time are nice additions. Im looking forward to see what ieGeek produces next.

> 3 dayI own several of these cameras, which I user primarily for residential surveillance. So far they have all held up up the Arizona sun. This model features solar power AND a floodlight. It’s built solid with a glossy finish, easy mounting and diversity antennas so even if you’re some distance from your router, you should still get a signal. The solar panel makes installation possible virtually anywhere. 2K resolution with good low light will bring your subjects in more clearly than HD resolution. You will need the free app, CloudEdge to view the camera and it’s currently only possible to view on mobile devices. The only criticism I have is it takes a few seconds for a motion event to trigger recording so if someone passes by quickly, the camera might pick up the activity late, or not pick it up at all. An alternate location for the camera may improve this. I’ll probably get another one to cover both sides of the house.
