> 3 dayThe lower part of the door lever lock is hard to open for an adult. You either have to bend or should use both hands. It is also easy for kids to open it. They are shorter and can easily open it with both hands. A lever lock which opens to the side is better and harder to open by kids.

> 3 dayThis was used at the grandparents house while visiting for a week. Adhesion: I misplaced it initially and was able to quickly pull it up again (no paint came off the door) and re-stuck it. In those first few minute after sticking it was easy to remove, but without a few hours/a day it was fast stuck. I used these to keep my older child from opening the bathroom door (I kept it on the outside of the bathroom door), to stop children from getting inside (infants/toddlers are top heavy and can drown in toilet bowl - true story). I also kept one upstairs in the room my family and I were staying in so that when I put the kids down to sleep I could lock it from the outside knowing no one could fall down the stairs if they opened the door. Children can’t lock it from the outside... but... one morning as I was cleaning the room and my husband took the kids down he automatically locked the lock and I was stuck. Big house, so no one could hear my knocking. Thankfully I remembered I could use my phone and I was rescued, but that was a little stressful. So if you have older kids who can accidentally lock you in then this might not be the right fit. Otherwise no complaints and it did its job perfectly.

> 3 dayI loved no holes needed to be drilled into my new door. Double sided tape. Works exactly how it should. Came three to a package. I have a 2 year old grandson who figured out the door handle, this gives me great piece of mind. I highly recommend!

Greater than one weekI bought these as my autistic 4 year old figured out how to unlock the door and take himself on a walk. I now have them on any door that opens to the outside. The amount of relief I feel knowing I don’t have to have eyes on him 24 hours a day is invaluable. Easy for adults to unlock but difficult for the kids. As an added bonus, when we all sleep at night, I feel extra safe.

> 3 dayGreat adhesion, super easy to install and easy to use!!! We were having to lock every single door in our house to keep our 2 year old out of bedrooms. It was a hassle to find things to turn the lock back open. These are super convenient and doesn’t look tacky on doors.

> 3 dayInstallation is as easy as a bandaid but very sturdy! Very easy to unlock with the push of the two side buttons. I was afraid granddaughter would figure out how to open it but hasn’t realized that there are hidden buttons on the side. Has definitely stopped her from going outside!!! Just don’t forget to unlock when children aren’t visiting if you need access to that door.
