> 3 dayDont be confused with people slamming these new chips over power efficiency. Under load yes they do draw more power than their AMD counterparts however at idle (which is what most peoples pcs are doing most of the time) they draw less than their AMD counterparts. Unless youre driving this thing full tilt all the time, it is very power efficient. Gaming performance is great and the few titles that are not working now (early adopter bugs, AMD has had more than their fair share over the years) trust me theyll be ironed out. Intel is finally back on the right track. Looking forward to future competition.

02-12-2024I think if you really want the most out of an i7, go with the i7 1300 series, because it has more cores and threads and overall is a faster chip for not a whole lot more. It’s basically like getting an i9 12th gen but as an i7 13th. Without even spending the money on an i9
