This is a perfect processor for someone who wants high framerates for games (when pairing with a gpu) and also very good processor for working, like video editing and running high intense programs for work. This processor has 8 cores and can run 5.0GHz when overclocked. I would recommend getting a Noctua NH-u14s, as it will cool this cpu, even when overclocked, very well.

> 3 dayAmazing CPU. A few weeks ago I changed my 4790K to 9700K and no matter what reviews say about 9700 and 9900K, I am very pleased with the CPU. I bought basically for gaming and it really shines. Glad that I didnt pay 150 euro more for the 9900k to have the same results for gaming. Easy to cool it also.
