So, I have always had problems with my knees hurting. I’m only 21 years old, but am a very active person so my knees always got the beating. I’ve tried a knee brace before and it caused a little more pain and it was always bulky. I tried leg sleeves they were good if I’ve had them on for a while. I only tried one brace to try and see a different and it’s crazy I feel like my age even after now wearing it for a couple days after going to the gym. Ofc the other knee is killing me. But these are not bulky and can fit to any size. I definitely recommend these if you get a lot of knee pain.

I usually never write a review, well these straps really deserve it though. When I hike I avoid stairs hiking, steep downhill hikes and stairs in general because my knees hurt with each step. I bought these straps in hopes of some sort of support, I tried to use them like it says, just below the knee cap for support, didn’t work for me and also would slide down unless tightly strapped, well, I tried to strap them just above my knee cap, a bit overlying the cap actually and when I went Zion to hike my long hikes we happened to do many stairs and downhill hikes which I thought I was super bummed out to do but what a surprise it was to find out my knees did not hurt AT ALL during the hike! I felt NORMAL! No pain, no uncomfortable feeling in my knees! I wore them ALL the time during all of our hikes and I shall admit, I came home and felt like I could do stairs without any pain and without the straps at this point! It felt like these straps fixed my knees. Over time, during everyday life the pain did come back again and I am still working in fixing my real issue with knees, since obviously the straps would not cure the problem but they really did a miracle when I needed them to! I love these! At times they do slide down a bit and I do have to tighten the straps but for the money paid and the work they do for me I can do the restraping without much complain. Just want to say, they worked for me even though I have used them differently than advised.

I really appreciate the amount of cushioning and patellar support this gives my knee. Very comfortable and great item!

I liked that this was small enough for me to wear under my leggings without being easily noticed. I use this to relieve the stress on my knees especially during my workouts

In the beginning they worked great,I actually forgot I was wearing them, but after a couple weeks they got stretched out and just didnt give me the support I needed.

I had runners knee a few weeks before my first marathon and I decided to buy these due to seeing the solid reviews online. Wow! What a difference maker! I did a few test runs and they definitely helped my knees not experience as much pain. I ended up wearing them for my marathon (I’m not that fast and as I ran a 4:17 marathon) and they stayed on the whole time. There fit well and there was no chafing either! I highly recommend these for runners! Plus the price point is super reasonable!

I love strenuous hikes. The crazier, more scrambling, elevation gain, longer miles… the better. But they don’t always love me, unfortunately, I get the worst knee pain upon descent. Years ago I started using compression knee braces for stability and found that they just prolonged the inevitable, my knees would always hurt afterwards. I’m talking can’t walk, climb stairs, even bending my knee would hurt. On a whim I decided to look on Amazon for new braces (preferably matching as my old ones were one black, one grey) and I came across these. The reviews looked good so I thought I’d give it a try. I packed them in my carry on and off we went to Maine for a full week of iron rungs, bouldering, scrambling, 5,000+ elevation gain, and doing it all in any kind of weather you can imagine. I summited Katahdin while wearing these bad boys, and I was nervous, 5000’ elevation gain in 4 hours literally clawing my way up and over boulders and having to descend that as well… I thought for sure I’d be in tears from the pain by the end of it. I am SO so happy to report that is not the case!!!!! Minus my muscles being sore today my knees don’t feel a single thing, they aren’t swollen, I can walk up and down stairs just fine, I’m not RICE-ing and taking NSAIDs like crazy. I am in LOVE!!!! If you’re skeptical, let me tell you, these guys are incredible, best money I’ve ever spent. And if you don’t like them you can return them! Or send them my way when my pair wears down ;) I also saw a few thru-hikers wearing them (or something similar) so clearly they’re good for 2,000 miles!

Oh my goodness, WHY had no one ever told me that this product existed? I came across these while browsing knee sleeves. I have knee sleeves and have had different brands through the years, the latest being copper fit, and they are okay but arent as stable as I need. When I saw these, I was intrigued enough to wonder if they worked. After I ordered them, I was talking to a friend that said they had used these years ago and they worked good. The day they arrived I went to the store without opening up the package yet. While in the store, my knee gave ALL THE WAY out and I almost fell underneath the cart, thank goodness I was holding on at the time. Now, my knee has gone out from time to time, but NEVER like this, and it kept going out the rest of the trip. As soon as I got home I put this on, and I cannot believe the difference it made! This thing is amazing!!! I tested it and walked around outside every which way I could, and it made my knee stable and not ONCE did it go out! It kept acting like it wanted to, but the ring stopped it in its tracks! I LOVE my knee ring and I will never go out without it again! This is 10x better than a sleeve and will fit over or under your clothes. What I really love is the ability to tighten or loosen it to specifically fit YOU. I can walk so confident now!
