> 3 dayI used to swim competitively for years and my knees are now garbage. I have used lots of products and overall I still think knee sleeves work the best for me. When I got this knee strap thing to work it was great, but that was only a handful of times really well. I cant seem to get it to line up the same way each time. While these wont slide, they *dont* always prevent my knees from popping out which is the whole reason why I got them and how I know the alignment is very inconsistent. Its hard to rate the range of motion because of that. I find knee sleeves to be much for reliable and more worth the money. These straps seem to be for show or minimalism, but arent consistently helpful. Edit: I would like to give the company kudos for reaching out to me about this review. I have received multiple emails requesting I resend the item for a refund and take back my review. I have been offered a bigger strap item as well. I will leave up my review, because it was my honest assessment, and Im not trying to dissuade any potential buyers, I am warning others with similar knee popping issues about the issues I incurred.

> 3 dayI was training for a half marathon, but was having some problems with my knees. These truly did help. I wore them for my race. The nice part of these is they arent motion restricting. Theyre pretty comfortable and dont fall down too badly.

> 3 dayI started Tae Kwon Do back up and my knees where limiting my ability to fully participate. They just felt a little loose. At first I bought a whole knee brace for my left knee as its my weak knee but its bulky and limits my range of motion. So bought these thinking it cant get any worse. Well yesterday I was able to do my jump kick without any worries. Best part is when I got home there was no pain in my knees. Its been a few months and I still love the support. Im going to buy more since the Velcro has weakened after I use the knee supports at least three times a week. I still highly recommend this product.

> 3 dayI have had knee pain on and off most of my life and Ive tried knee wraps, which help but always fall down...not these! They stay in place all day and keep away my knee pain even when I did 37,000 steps at Disneyland!

> 3 dayI can’t believe how much this helps. Great for the price. Seriously. My pain went from extreme to almost nonexistent. Easy to use, to remove etc.

> 3 dayI bought two of these since i gave away my other one to my brother. I kinda like the other one better. This one is good enough, but i feel the one from Curad is a bit better. I think it also has a magnetic element on that one. But this one is good enough. I plan to use it for a while.

> 3 dayIf you have large thighs and calves its uncomfortable. The strap irritates the back of the knee. I actually cut the tip of an old sock and slipped the strap thru it and then put the brace on so the sock provided padding from the strap. That seemed to help with comfort. The strap does help but for me I cannot wear all day.

Greater than one weekMy first purchase did not work: the knee straps cut my circulation rather rhan ptotecting it. However, the vendor replaced the knee support with an upgraded model; free of charge! Sadly, those were not a fit for me. The same thing happened. For me the pressure pads were in a poor placement. But note: the selkers did try!
