I have been battling knee pain for a bit and it has been a giant downer as I really enjoy running on the Peloton tread and spinning on the Peloton bike. After getting properly fit for the bike, that was a huge step in the right direction. But, I kept getting pain in my knees post runs to the point I would have to take some time off and rely on walks mostly. A friend of mine recommended these knee straps and they have CHANGED THE GAME back to my favor. I can now run without pain during and especially after. I’ve done 20min and 30min sessions and the results have stayed the same in terms of no pain. They stay in place as well and aren’t nearly as bulky as a full knee sleeve. I wear them on my skin, but I see others saying it’s beneficial to have a thin layer on as well. I find them comfortable without the thin layer and they are not causing any skin discomfort of any kind. Take some time to find the proper tightness and you’ll avoid any type of calf issues or stress issues altogether. I remember the first time I bought these...THEY HAD AIR IN THEM. I KNOW THIS Because one of them went flat....BUT THEY LASTED TWO YEARs before going flat. AND SO I DECIDED TO ORDER THE SAME ONES AGAIN......BUT ACCEPT>>>>>>THEY ARE NOT THE SAME. THEY SEEMED TO HAVE BEEN MADE WITH CHEAPER MATERIAL AND THEY LOOK CHEAPER BUT IT IS THE SAME BRAND...I DONT UNDERSTAND IF I ORDER THE SAME, I SHOULD GET THE SAME. THIS IS SOME BULLSHIZZOM! THE ONES WITH AIR, I WORE EVERYDAY BUT THESE ONES< I NEVER WEAR BECAUSE THEY ARE USELESS FOR MY KNEES....FEELS LIKE I TIED A ROPE AROUND MY KNEE.....THIS SHOULD SPEAK LOUD TO THE MAKERS OF THIS PRODUCT!!!! May 1, 2023. They company emailed me to send another pair. They asked for my address and I received it within two weeks. I like these better BECAUSE it has added gel for protection. I haven’t had a chance to wear these but they are made differently then the other ones I had. They seem smaller and much lighter than my other ones. But my original I have had for years.
