I read other reviews before buying the item. Some said it was heavy. It really isnt heavy. Its heavier than the plastic scoops but I expected that since this is sturdier. As to the stickiness, yeah probably some. Ive used it for a while now and I plan to get a container that would hold the scoop so I can soak it when I do my weekly cleaning. Otherwise, I love the slat size. It picks up smaller debris that I couldnt with my plastic scoop. Love it!

I really liked the plastic (I think ABS) scoop, however after a couple of months it snapped off at the handle. I was thankful that they made a similar design in aluminum, as I like the design of the grooves, size and weight. So far it has met all my requirements and deserves an outstanding rating.

This is the perfect scooper for the Teflon coated litter pan made by the same company. And using the Worlds Best Litter, the litter clumps perfectly, no sticking to pan or scoop, slides in the pan easily. The scoop is the right size to get all the small clumps.

Well my dog found a litter of kittens in the backyard and I never had cats since I was in elementary school. Anyways we ended up with two indoor cats and I was using a stupid plastic litter scoop for the last year when a thought hit my COVID-reduced brain function: maybe I should check Amazon for a better scoop. I did and boy am I glad I did. This thing is a game-changer. I clean the litter box in no time flat. SO much easier. Buy this scoop already, it is awesome.

This is an excellent litter box scoop. It really makes cleaning the litter boxes much easier than Ive experienced with other scoops. I highly recommend this one.

I love that this scooper is metal and it sifts the litter faster than our last one. It even came with a sticky holder you can attach to the wall or elsewhere which was super convenient.

This scoop is nice and sturdy! My last plastic one broke. This one catches even little clumps the others dont. Great product so far!
