> 24 hourThere is a chance that I have a defective unit. I am willing to believe that. Otherwise there is no excuse for how bad this machine is. It came scratched up without me ordering a used one in a box that was almost destroyed and was barely hanging together with loads of tape on the outside. When it comes to actually cleaning it is TERRIBLE. I have a german shepherd so I do have a lot of hair to clean up. I ordered this because I wanted something that could handle the pet hair and clean itself out when it was too full. It does neither of these things. It will barely run for 5 minutes before giving an error for a blocked brush. Now, this might not be a huge issue if it would then go and clean itself out to clear up the issue, but FOR SOME REASON instead of being able to go back to its home base it just sits wherever the error happened and you have to go fetch it. What is the point of the automatic emptying if an error that can be solved by emptying it is never utilized?????? Also when it does go back it sounds like a shopvac, but I guess theres only so much you can ask for. In summation: I thought I was ordering a new device that would mean I had to empty out my vacuum a little less often and instead what I got was a used device that has required a lot more maintenance from me than the offbrand vacuum that I have been using. I may see if a replacement will solve this issue, but if not I dont really understand the point of this device.

> 24 hourI didn’t realize the device runs on 2.4G. I originally thought this would be an issue since I run my WiFi on 5G. Turns out my modem is dual band and so there is no issue at all. There was nothing in the description. I thought I would have to return it. It works great. My favorite features are the self emptying and the mapping. I can have it run in the main part of the house or the entire house. It’s a keeper.

> 24 hourIt took a while to get a map and once complete it seems more confused than ready to clean. It’s constantly running around ‘thinking’ more than cleaning it seems. I wish it had a remote where I could help it out like my last one did! Overall for the price and comparing my first brand (Deebot) I don’t think it’s far superior other than self cleaning.

> 24 houriRobot was sent with the regular dust bin, not the automatic disposal compatible bin. Plan on buying the right part to get it to empty on its own, which runs about $70. The robot itself has great suction and does a good job on pet hair.

> 24 hourI dont leave many reviews, but I can tell you that this is a great product. My Roomba is able to clean the vast majority of my apartment with ease and removes the hassle of having to vacuum all the time. It is a little noisy, but it isnt unbearably loud and Ill gladly accept a little bit of noise for a very powerful, automated vacuum. 5/5 --> excellent product.

> 24 hourSome online review says, this is the same Vaccum as i7 or i6 except the camera. It probably is the case but the difference in performance is huge… this has gotten stuck over the edges of a cliff a couple of times (did not fall) and 1 out of 5 times it cannot find its way back home. That’s why 1 less star. Does excellent job with dog hair, sharp sucks comparatively. Battery life is superb… Lastly do not buy Amazon warehouse deals… the i6 I bought from warehouse deals has gone useless after 3 months because it won’t even start.

> 24 hourThis is not the model that maps the room so it runs a little haywire but we have it clean on schedule twice a week and I’d say it hits most places weekly. It handles pet hair better than expected but we have one rug, that because of the texture I’m guessing, it rolls some of the hair into little balls and never picks it up.

> 24 hourI bought this at Christmas 2021. It does it’s job eventually. It does not always go in rows as advertised. It tends to like certain areas more than others. Some places it goes back to multiple times, where other places in a room it goes only once. It does not go back to its base to empty or charge. I am disappointed with those features. The suction is good.

> 24 hourWe, or rather I, named our robot Sancho Villa not sure why, it was just the name that popped in my head when prompted by the app. We have two dogs, one of which is a golden retriever, and two young kids and travertine tile floors throughout most of the home. The robot does a great job of keeping the floors relatively clean, which if you know anything about golden (or young kids) is no small feat. It’s a bit loud and takes quite awhile to vacuum the entire home but that’s a petty complaint. So far, so good on the mapping and being able to tell the robot to vacuum the kitchen or whatever other room. (FYI - you can designate/name rooms in the app). Last tip, if you get an error notification from the app and you need to pick up your robot, try to put it back as close to where you picked it up as possible or your robot will get lost and meander aimlessly through the house trying to figure out where it’s at. Expensive but worth it. Oh….buy extra vacuum bags and side brushes right away. Would recommend the factory replacement rather than 3rd party stuff.
