> 3 dayWhen I try to zip open any section of the backpack, it gets caught, even when closing it. As a high school student who only has 3 minutes to get to your next class I am worried this will make me late.

02-06-2025This is a great back pack. The only thing not liked is the flaps that cover the zippers. They serve a purpose but also get caught in the zippers.

> 3 dayLove just about everything about this backpack - except the #*&^%!!! zippers!!! Ive owned JanSport backpacks for DECADES!!! I cant see anything on this one that indicates its some sort of knock-off, except maybe the zippers. They keep getting snagged in the little flaps above them that I think are designed to keep water out. If you are in any way handicapped and cant use more than one hand/arm, you will need to use your toes or something to get into this backpack. Either I have to fold the fabric out of the way or it will take multiple pulls on the zippers to get in. The only zippers that dont give me a hard time are the two tiny pockets that dont have a flap over them. Im already seeing the flaps getting frayed from all the times the zippers have gotten caught. Oh, well. Im no longer in the military, so I guess this might be the last backpack I need to buy anyway. But Im certainly never buying one online again.
