USB chargers turn off without Andy reason. Besides, it difficult to turn on permanently the outlet that you want to.

Works as advertised. Really good integration with Google Home.

The dual usb plugs charges very fast, although I cannot individually switch on/off the individual usb ports. The entire enclosure is slim enough that it doesnt block the other wall outlet (it is a tight squeeze)

I could not get this to sync with my Alexa. I tried moving my Alexa next to my internet router and using the electric outlet right next to them and it would not sync. There was absolutely no Alexa integration at all

So, this thing works as intended. The relays are a bit loud for the two sockets. Was easy to install and setup. Only issue is this thing takes up so much room that you cannot use the other plug in the wall socket for a grounded device. It just will not fit. Other than that one issue, this works well thus far.

Nice smart outlet. Works great and the added USB ports is awesome to have. It is indeed Alexa controllable which is nice to have. Can’t go wrong with this plug I absolutely love mine.

I struggled pretty hard with installation, so here are is a tip: make sure to separate your wifi into 2.4 GHz vs 5 GHz. (The product works well with one compared to the other). Follow the directions listed on the amazon product page vs. trying to follow the ones they sent with the plug. The product itself is easy to use, although its hard to remember which one is switch 1 vs. switch 2 when youre giving Alexa commands. Eventually, Alexa realized that one of the switches was a lamp, so voice commands have been easier since then. Overall, this product has been the cherry on top of my new Alexa and Im happy I bought it!

This smart plug is awesome. I wanted to control 2 devices in the bedroom and. This works perfectly. Unlike other plugs which blocks one outlet when you plug in another. And most importantly the USB plug is also smart

I dont know why this product has such high reviews. First off, the stated voltage and amps is inconsistent between the posting and the manual, which is very important if youre trying to run appliances. The app that connects to the plug is absolute garbage and required my location data to even connect to wifi. Returned without even completing the setup.
