Could not, for the life of me, set it up. The device couldnt be located and would time out despite trying repeatedly. WiFi password was correct and all. I just use it by hitting the button and will order something else later. My experience might not be the same as others.

I have installed many smart plugs and sockets which are managed by my SmartLife App. This device proves to be one of the most finicky with respect to its WiFi connectivity. Initially, I thought I had it all set up and ready to go, but the device would begin to go OFFLINE intermittenly. I tried reconfiguring it to another WiFi 2.4GHz AP that I have, and it wont connect at all and Smart App would complain that it fails to connect to the router. Other smart devices connect to these 2.4 WiFi AP without issues. I tried a few more times but with the same results. I finally gave up and deemed this device is not usable for my application. Disappointing! Back to Amazon it goes!

Affordable plug that makes life a lot easier. It has USB ports as well and so I was able to use it for lights in my room as well as to charge devices

Stopped syncing to the app within 60 days from purchase. Trash.

Pros: Easy to set up and use. Cons: Large size prevents two from fitting into standard outlet. USBs are NOT switched independently. The description implies there is 4-way control, but there are only 3 switches. Two for the AC outlets, and one for both USB outlets.

This plug is perfect. I do a lot of baking and I can never have everything I need plugged in at the same time, this allows mw to plug in 3 appliances and still charge my phone at this same time! It has a button on top you push to power it on l, and I followed the instructions to connect to my alexa! Not all that difficult I would get another!
