> 3 dayI thought this would be way more material and would at least attempt to compete on the price tag with others who offer the same material at a lower cost for more than youll get here. Nope. Ill not be buying this again.

> 3 dayI like and use this barrier in my snake’s vivarium. It works really well keeping the dirt out of my false bottom. I understand it’s supposed to allow moisture through but it is quite thin. I’d have liked it a little thicker but it does it’s job and I’m happy regardless.

> 3 dayI wish I had taken a better picture. But I use the substrate barrier for many terrariums and habitats. Placed over the false bottom substrates then using Josh’s mixes to top it.

Greater than one weekWe’re first time reptile owners and wanted to do our crusty right. After much research we decided on this layer technique for our tank as our first official tank set up. I cut the mesh to size with some extra but not enough for a second go. It’s doing it’s job of keeping the dirt up and letting the excess moisture down to be absorbed by the clay Leca balls.

Greater than one weekAs you can see from the picture, not even the smallest droplets of water will go through this barrier, completely defeating the purpose of having a drainage layer. The overall quality and size are fine, but I will have to return this since it would prevent proper drainage in my setup.

> 3 dayMy animals like this stuff. It works well with other items to put together a more natural enviroment.
