Love these razors. They glad smoothly.

Came in the joy box, but when I pulled the razors out- they were Gillette brand and would not fit my razor. Major bummer. Would not order again.

I have absolutely no complaints about this razor. It is sleek and thin. It doesnt cause any cuts or dryness. The color is pretty. The blades are super sharp and leave my legs so smooth.

This razor has very sharp blades, that do not get dull right after first shave. Even though handle is covered with rubber it is very smooth and slippery - it is tricky to handle under shower.

I like the sleek look of the handle. Its a muted teal color, making it not too garish. (The holder, however, is. Its a bright purple plastic, making it look childish and cheap. The suction works well though, its held strong in my shower without any issues, so I dont care much what it looks like.) The handle is also covered in a rubbery silicone, so you can get a firm grip. It wont slip out of your hands. The cartridges themselves are basically a mens Gillette 5-blade razor. Some people might not prefer that, but I love that it isnt made overly bulky with a ton of so-called lubricating and moisturizing strips. Just use a good shave cream and follow with a lotion - the additions on the razor are unnecessary. This provides a very clean, close shave. The blades feel sharper than your average ladies razor. Ive had no issues with any nicks or cuts. Also, Im very prone to razor burn, but any reaction was very minimal with these razors. Ive tried numerous razors over the years. These are some of the best. Ill be purchasing again.

Its a cute handle with a crappy Gillette razor head. If I wanted Gillette I would shop in the mens shave section and save some money.

I LOVE JOY! I have been using a joy razor now for several months (the pink one). So I was excited for the chance to review the purple blades. Honestly I dont see much of a difference in the two but I do love them both. They are nice and all you really need. I have thick dark hair and prior to joy, I have always had the best luck using a mens razor. You cant go wrong with joy!
