So excited to have found the replacement blades for my Joy razor on Amazon. The price is great and they are a great razorblade for Women! If you are looking for quality at a great price, look no further.

Nicely packaged and pleasant to open. Form: First thing I noticed is how sticky the silicone grip is. When it’s dry it’s sticky but when it’s wet it’s well, perfect! There’s no way I’ll accidentally drop this in the shower. Feels lighter than my previous razor (not that razors are dramatically heavy). I love the look of it too. It’s elegant, not flashy. It looks good in my modern, minimal bathroom. I do have to ditch that purple hook it came with (second picture). Not my style. I would recommend they go with something not so child-like. Looks like a toy. I also hate suction cup products. They’re so cheap, they always fall, they leave residue... so I’m placing it in an old toothbrush holder from Muji (third picture). Function: The blades are Gillette brand. So I googled real quick and learned “it’s a Walmart-exclusive brand by Gillette.” Probably a marketing/image thing to appeal to a younger demographic. Anyway, the blades are good. They do their job. Clean, close shave. Can’t complain.

This might be my worst Amazon purchase. I was excited to buy a new, pretty cyan, relatively well-reviewed razor and a set of cartridges to replace my previous one. But even with shaving cream this is both 1) a bad shave - it never seemed to come as close to the skin as a Gilette or even random disposable razor, 2) a painful shave - creating razor burn and even my first bleeding-from-shaving incident in years and years even with shave gel. Stay away!

I give two stars because it does work but the shave is not smooth I felt my hair growing back 12hrs later vs other brands I typically use also it caused a little irritation so I will not be using it again

this is the best razor I have ever owned

I bought into the hype believing that you can in fact spend less on a razor and get the same quality as one of the brand names, but unfortunately this isn’t it. Even from the very first use it didn’t have that nice super smooth feel to it that you get with a brand new Venus razor. It fits comfortably in my hand but I’m not loving the quality, will use up my cartridges and go back to one of the brand names.

Good razors that I have bought before from my local Walmart. Due to the pandemic I didnt see it worth going to the store for just razors. Decided to buy them online for the same price.
