joy Womens Razor Blade Refills, 8 Count, Purple, Lubrastrip to Help Avoid Skin Irritation

I went out and bought the razor and loved it so these blades were a must. They shave well, get all the hair, and I usually get 24 hours w/o any stubble. I have mildly hairy legs and the hair is dark so I shave often. I find the cost ratio on these to be excellent. I like the simple handle and the heft of the handle is great. Not slippery, not in a weird shape, easy to move around. A complete winner!

I saw some reviews that rated the razor poorly. It is exactly as described, a razor handle with a 5 blade razor (Gillette). I dont care if the blades have a blue strip, they are top of the line Gillette blades and can be replaced at the store. The handle is big enough and heavy enough to comfortably grip. Thus I got what I wanted, a good priced razor that is comfortable to use that works.

Go buy a Gillette razor. That’s the blades they send you anyway. Nothing special about this. Edit: my review is hidden?

This is a great razor, its 4 Blades allow for a close shave. What I like most about it is that the replaceable head, never accidentally comes off the handle. It is easy to remove by pressing the release button, but Ive never had it pop off while in use, which has happened with several other razors Ive used in the past.

Let me start off by saying that I’m excited to finally see more options for women’s razors. When I saw this Joy razor with four cartridges I jumped because I was excited to try it. Unfortunately, that’s not what I received. The handle itself is correct and the silicone grip feels nice in the hand, but it is made entirely of plastic so it doesn’t feel very substantial nor is it likely to last as long as many other types. The holder isn’t very secure. The razor refills, of which there are only two, are not for the Joy razor. They’re Gillette cartridges for men, which I know because my husband has the same ones. The inside of the box says the order should include what I received while the sticker on the outside shows what I actually ordered, so I’m not sure which is correct. This is an inexpensive razor so I think it could be nice for a backup or for travel, but I wouldn’t replace my current razor with it.

So I wanted to love this. But the handle is made of cheap plastic that they just covered with silicone. Then theres the fact that the description says 4 razor blades...i only recieved 2. Andddddd to make it worse the razors arent even Joy, they are Gillette. Thanks but no thanks. Ill find something else.

This seems to be an excellent razor. Its extremely moisturizing and feels good in my hand.
