> 3 dayI use these with Google, and they work flawlessly. I previously had a bunch of the Cync (or C By GE) plugs, and they caused me endless grief with Google. Ive had absolutely zero such problems with these Kasa ones. I have 16 of these things and will get more as the need arises. Plus theyre skinny enough they they dont obstruct multiple outlets.

Greater than one weekUnfortunately there is something wrong with my smart plug. It is not connecting to my lamp. However, the customer support is great. Hanson Chan was very kind, courteous, very professional, respectable, and very knowledgeable about the product. He always checked in on me if there were very long pauses and was extremely polite. The configuration process took about an hour via phone conversation… But Hanson still made his best effort to check in on me and help provide a replacement.

> 3 dayI was able to set this up in minutes and it works great with my Amazon Alexa. I connected it to a floor lamp and named it Floor Lamp. So, I just say, Alexa, turn on the floor lamp. and its on. I also like the fact that I can control it from any Alexa in my home. So, at night, I can leave it on until Im settled in my bedroom and turn it off from my bedroom Alexa, even though the lamp is in the living room.

Greater than one weekI had an issue with one of those mini plugs. I contacted support asking for help they solved it. It was a long process, but I got the replacement and now all of them are working as expected. I gotta thank Sylvia for guiding me through this process, she was just amazing. Thanks TP-Link for making my life easier with all these products

> 3 dayI read the reviews here which talked about the Energy Monitoring feature (great, thats what I wanted), but that feature is actually only included in the single style (KP115). Im not sure why the reviews are mixed together here between the 1 pack and the 4 pack which are actually differently capable devices. Someone should fix that. Anyway, other than the very unclear instructions about: 1. How to get into WiFi pairing mode initially: with the EP10 devices, you have to press and hold the side button for 5 seconds, while with the KP115, it automatically enters this mode during initial power-on 2. how to get integrated with the Amazon (Alexa Home) ecosystem, wow was that a pain to find (hint: Kasa app->Me->Third Party Services->Amazon Alexa) - even though I selected yes to the pre-pair with my Amazon/Alexa account on purchase, nothing seems to have been pre-synced/setup ... its worked as advertised. Looking forward to even smaller versions of these smart plugs in the future.

> 3 dayI have bought multiple Gosund products because of lower cost, and they generally work, but I have been having problems constantly lately that they go offline when our Internet drops. Ive been using 2 of these for 3 months and they havent gone offline even once. I just configured the other 2. They just did a software upgrade. The app told me it was available and it gave me the option to apply it to a single device or all devices. I havent seen a single upgrade for the Gosund outlets in 4 years.

> 3 dayI got to work finally after about two hours. No thanks to support. They never answer the phone and put you on hold forever.

> 3 dayThese have served multiple purposes. First, we are using one on a hot-water recirculation pump that was originally plugged directly into a wall outlet. We didnt want it to run all the time, just for a few minutes before taking a shower, so now we can control it from a smart phone inside the house rather than going out to the garage to plug in then unplug it. (I know that any smart plug could do this, but Ill say that the Kasa has been reliable in maintaining an internet connection and the Kasa app is really easy to use. I dont see a need for Alexa or another program since all of our smart pugs are Kasa brand so far.) Second, we enrolled on OhmConnect, which offers small rewards (one example of which was one of these smart plugs, which is how I learned about them before deciding to buy more) for using less energy during peak electricity generation hours. That saves my utility company from having to buy the most expensive power and I think it reduces use of less environmentally friendly options, like burning coal. Pretty much a win-win. We let OhmConnect control our Kasa outlets for brief periods of peak electricity use (usually one hour at a time, early evening), meaning that they can turn them off for those periods. This works great for our fridge and freezer, which are fine being off for such short periods. If we had other big energy drawing appliances that could be shut off during the hours chosen by OhmConnect, wed buy more. It is minimal hassle while contributing to the greater good. The worst that has happened has been to open the fridge during the shut-off period and find the light is off, but fridges lose very little of their coolness in as short a time as an hour. Probably more than you wanted to know, but hoping to offer some education about this program. (Im sure there is more than one like it offered and it has to be offered by your utility company. OhmConnect happens to be what our utility company partnered with.)

> 3 dayGreat plugs at a good price. I basically use these around the house to automatically turn off appliances at night and then turn them back on in the morning.
