> 3 dayA little on the expensive side for what my husband usually buys. But, Im tired of him deciding that my more expensive combs are more to his liking so wanted to find one for him that he could use instead.

> 3 dayI actually order these four at a time. They are the only comb my husband will use (once he got over the price) because they dont tear his hair or scalp with use. Unfortunately, my husband will usually bust out the teeth within six months. I think this is because he carries it in his pocket all day, every day, but it is sharing pocket space with his Swiss Army knife, many coins, the occasional spare electronic part, and God knows what else. Yep, hes an engineer. Since these take several weeks to get here, I have learned to keep an eagle eye open to see just how many teeth are currently missing on the comb du jour (du months?) and sneak a new one onto his dresser as needed, hence the need for a stash of them. Hes well worth the investment, though.

> 3 dayIm what I suppose might be considered an ordinary man. Ive always used the cheap flimsy small pocket combs that you can pickup for a buck or so. I was in the market for something new to replace a worn out comb and found this. I didnt want to spend as much on one given Ive been used to only spending a buck on them and I could get ten or so for the price of this right? I went ahead and got one anyways and Im glad I did. Its much more sturdy than the cheap combs, it wont bend and eventually have a permanent bend to it if you keep it in your pocket. It feels better in my hand than a cheap comb and glides through my hair smoother as well. Its a bit larger than most pocket combs but still something you can carry on your person if you wish. It does seem to be a bit easier to fall out of your pocket than the cheap combs Ive been using, mostly when entering/exiting a vehicle. Overall a great comb, time will tell how well it holds up but I expect it will be fine indefinitely as long as I dont misplace it somehow.

17-04-2025Kent combs are top notch. I use this comb on my beard and I love it!! These combs are cut in a way that it eliminates snags and pulls, which can cause issues when trying to maintain a healthy beard. This comb is more expensive than what you would find in Walmart or a regular beauty supple store but in this case, you get what you pay for. Well worth every penny.

> 3 dayI like everything about this comb. It is my favorite. Its a little pricey, but hey, it should last forever, and its comfortable against your scalp. That makes it a bargain in my book.

> 3 dayThis comb is great for even distribution of beard oil and beard balm! I just received this comb in the mail today, and I could hardly wait to try it out when I did my nighttime beard routine. And it worked great! just like all the other KENT combs that I own. The longer teeth are very nice as Im letting my beard grow a little longer and thicker. The teeth get down to my face without getting the edge where you hold the comb covered in oil or balm, so more of the oi & balm stay on the hair and doesnt get wasted by being rinsed down the drain, like it is with the shorter toothed combs. So to sum it up, this comb is great! Im very glad I purchased it. Keep up the AWESOME work fine folks at KENT!

> 3 dayJust feels better than any other comb, totally worth a couple extra bucks. I give this as a cheap gift-for-no-reason to friends and family that have been using crappy 99¢ combs all their lives. And if youre still reading... random piece of knowledge on why it feels different: It is made out of acetate rather than injection plastic. Acetate (which really is also plastic) is heavier and denser than injection plastic and so it gives a real sense of weight in your hand. Acetate must be carved from a solid slab rather poured into molds. This is a common difference in sunglasses. If you have a $5 pair, they are likely injection plastic, and if you have a greater than $50 pair they are likely acetate. It takes more money to carve out individual components rather than just mass produce using injection molds. (That being said, were all still gouged by the sunglass makers) If you have pairs at both sides of spectrum tap them with your finger nail or try both on back to back. That expensive feel just acetate. FWIW my favorite looking pair of sunglasses is cheap, I just cant stand how light the feel sometimes.

> 3 dayBest Comb I have ever owned. I thought all combs were created equal... I was very wrong. This comb will not change your life, but it will not scrape your scalp. I was surprised that a comb could massage your scalp as you, well, combed your hair. If you have a comb versus brush person in your life this is a gift they will appreciate. Id toss in some hair and design Mumbo-jumbo here, but if you need that read the companys description. Otherwise it fits in your hand and glides through your hair, unless your hair is an unwashed, tangled mess and if thats the case you need a shower not a comb. P.S. I would not recommend this product for anyone with dreadlocks.
