VERY POOR QUALITY, I realized I wasnt getting an OEM product. But I at least expected it to be of the same size and dimensions. Because it is 2 narrower it causes the oblong hole to be narrower exhausting through the window. The stiffness of the flex hose coupled with the narrowness of the insert causes it to distort and not allow for an efficient exhausting of discharge air. To top it off they charged me shipping to return it.

So happy with this part, I had lost a lot of my parts for my LG stand up AC. This part fil perfect in my AC unit and was able to use it again. Very happy

Coupler not included in the kit which makes it useless for me. I will be returning and not purchasing again. *edit* I updated the rating because the company did reach out and offer quick courteous assistance. However, I received the same item with the same issue. If you need a kit with a coupler this is not it, and it will not work withouta coupler. If you have a coupler then this item has the rest of the pieces.

Haven’t made sushi yet

I used this for a unit in my bedroom and it attached easily and everything fit right in place. My son got one for his AC as well. The only downside I have is the hose is shorter than my old unit and I saw no options for a longer hose.

Fit good for universal kit, works well.

I had to take the connector off my old ducting to make it usable as it was not included therefore there was no way to connect the duct to the air conditioner. Real pain.

Didnt fit on my delonghi

After fitting it to the window for ventilation it worked great and matched up with the portable A/C better than expected.
