I have purchased whatever this things are called before and had not been happy at all. Too big, too thick on the edges, not shiny at all. Well, overall this item is just exactly what I wanted. Glad I found it.

So much better than the mesh strainer baskets that I used previously. Plus they fit flat on your drain so you dont have a pool of water around it. Best Ive found so far.

We are on a septic system with no garbage disposal and have to use the drain strainers. Our last ones finally bent and we becoming unusable so I bought another set but they were lightweight and would pop out of the drain when you dumped things in the sink letting some of the pieces of food through--which totally defeats the purpose. I saw these and hoped they would solve my problem and they are awesome! They are heavyweight and dont pop out of the drain when I dump the dog bowl in the sink to clean it. I expect them to last a long time but, if I ever need another set, I will definitely get the same ones.

I wasnt sure how these would look replacing the antique bronze/black strainer that came with the sink, but the shine matches the stainless steel very well. Our previous one would only block the water from draining, so it was pretty useless at catching debris when rinsing dishes. This one even catches the tiny seeds from a jar of sliced jalapenos. Its easy to shake the crumbs out into the trash as well. Obviously, this is a bit harder to do if it is soaking wet, so letting it dry some beforehand is helpful. Ive also used the flexible wire mesh strainers before and they get gross, misshapen, and clogged very easily. This one is perfect!

I love that these arent MESH. Makes them a lot easier to clean. I personally bought 2 sets so that I can swap them put and just clean them in my dish washer without having to leave my drain open to debris.

I live in an older house with no garbage disposal and dated plumbing. Needless to say, the plumbing doesnt like it when anything larger than a grain of rice goes down the drain in the kitchen. These baskets are a live-saver, not to mention money-saver (dont have to constantly use drain cleaner...so, also an environment saver?!). The crappy catch basket thingy that most sinks have sucks and doesnt work. These catch EVERYTHING. Love them. :D

Great product and fits great to my kitchen sink. I have been looking for a drainer that doesnt get mold or mildew over time and I am happy I found this one. I can tell it will last me long.

This is exactly what I needed. My apartment came with a sink strainer where the holes were so large that food went right through. This looks nice and does what is needed. It made my sink look brand new and modern. No love that it came with 2 in case I ever want to replace the one I have.

I bought one of these for my home a few months ago, and because it worked so well, I am adding one to a rental unit. It is unbelievable how much accumulates in this that is kept from clogging the drain and building up material that would ultimately cause odors. It looks nice in my stainless steel sink.

This kitchen sink strainer was exactly what I was hoping it would be: fits perfectly; durable; easy to clean; stops the debris; very good value for the price; and is attractive in my new sink. I highly recommend this kitchen sink strainer.
