> 3 dayI was pretty happy exercising with my Quest 2 and the aftermarket strap and fan. I wear glasses, but exercise without them. Then, my wife decides to use the Quest to exercise, which is great, except she needs her glasses to do anything. We got this strap, thinking the hinge would make it easier to put on. I didn’t want to spend this much on another strap, but when I got this, it is a whole other level in quality. It feels nice, adjustable, supportive and it’s really easy to get on with glasses. My fan attachment was fine with it. The fan is in the face mask, so it doesn’t affect the strap. This would be worth the money, just to make the Quest 2 easier to put on and take off. The only thing that could be better is the super cushiony strap that goes front to back on your head could adjust smaller for me. The rest of the unit is adjustable enough to keep it in place through exercise, so it hasn’t been a problem. The wide cushiony head strap, the back of head support cushion and the dial to adjust tightness make this the best head strap I’ve had. The hinge to get it on and off make this about the best you could design. They have a version with a battery as well, that might be the best, if you play for long periods. Best head strap for the Quest 2.

> 3 dayMy twin sister wore it and rubbed a large hole of hair out. Has a bald spot mid forehead where top band rubbed. Now she wears a bandana with it. I have not problems and it is SOOOO much better than what comes with the headset from the factory.

> 3 dayIt seems fairly sturdy and the pads are very soft, overall comfortable and seems like it would fit just about anyone. Would recommend. The installation instructions could be a little bit clearer but you can probably find a video to help.

> 3 dayThis thing is a game changer! The Quest 2 is notoriously uncomfortable and front end heavy. This little accessory helps distribute the weight and the foam pad is super plush and comfortable. Now I actually use my headset! Still fits in my Anker charging dock too. My only regret is not buying it sooner!

> 3 dayWhen I first got my Quest 2 headset the straps that came with it gave me headaches every time I played and severely limited my play time unless I was feeling stubborn enough to deal with the pain. Itd be a safe bet after 2-3 hours of play (basically nothing for me), and sometimes much less than that, Id have a pretty severe headache for the rest of the day. I installed this strap setup and the headaches are pretty much entirely gone. Ive played for at least one full charge every day since I got this product and played for ~12 hours (including a charge break) the day before writing this review and the difference is beyond night and day. The worst thing Ive experienced is occasionally a hair might get tugged but that has happened maybe once or twice so far. The strap and back pad are nice and soft. The adjustment is easy and doesnt change with gameplay (unlike the original strap) unless you change it yourself. The adjustment is controlled by a dial on the plastic section behind the back pad and clicks when tightening. The up and down pivot ability is also helping to keep the lenses cleaner too since as advertised you put it straight on then lower the strap setup rather than sliding it all down over your face and hair. Installation was very easy too. The worst part for me was the visor removal but thats just because I always do things like that slowly and deliberately to help make sure I dont break anything. Its really simple and easy to get it done. Its also making the use of a link cable easier as the side portions are flexible plastic allowing much better use of my cables provided retention strap. There is no pressure at all on the sides of your head and the back pad cradles the back of your head in its soft foam while the top strap sits like the original but is also made of that same foam. The artificial leather covering the foam it also very soft and smooth. The whole thing is significantly more comfortable and it does a significantly better job of distributing pressure without making you feel like your head is going to pop. It also adds a little weight to the back of your head giving a bit of counterbalance the old elastic straps couldnt provide. Ive mostly played Hotdogs, Horseshoes, & Hand Grenades (which is an absolutely fantastic game btw) and some Pavlov since I got it and tend to be quick and aggressive with movements including turning. Provided its properly adjusted it doesnt move. Still have to try Blade & Sorcery with it but I have no doubt itll do every bit as well with that too. The only real issue I can think of is if you bend down too far and its loose enough theres a risk of it falling off. Just dont try to look between your legs and keep it properly adjusted and you should be good lol. Id rather deal with this minor risk than the relentless pressure of the original straps any day. This product made my Quest 2 much more playable and fun. Do yourself a favor and ditch the elastic straps your headset likely came with and buy one of these today.
